Delicious coffee and specialty drinks… the Roosevelt is a latte with their homemade cinnamon syrup and BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE, your mouth will projectile THANK YOU with every sip! Get it with oat milk for an even better treat… it’s like a warm cinnamon bun without the gross feeling after. One of the top lattes I’ve tried on this side of the 50 nifty United States. I was too busy enjoying it to take a picture of it.On top of which, I love the atmosphere, the large working spaces and the in-house roasting! Treat yo self!

As you walk in the door you are greeted by the smell of delicious coffee roasting in the store. I don’t know anything about coffee roasters, but here it is big and fabulous and the smell hits you the minute you walk in. There is seating inside and out, unfortunately too cool to sit outside in this unseasonably cool April. The tables and furniture are sturdy wood and match the decor and era of the entire Factory. I ordered a 12 oz. Americano and was next in line, but I’m not a patient man and it seemed like the 2 minutes to make it was forever. If you read the other reviews here you will find mixed observations of their coffees and teas. You would want to come here for the place and to support a local business. A great place to meet clients and friends. Staff is low-keyed and friendly, we really enjoyed our visit here.
Barista and manager unwilling to service my order (23DEC2021 @ 4:30pm).I have had coffee from here throughout the years and it has always been fantastic. However, the recent trip they were unwilling to provide the pour over I ordered. The reason they gave was that they were too busy and said they already cleaned up the pour over station. I was the only person in line and it was an hour and a half before closing. Hopefully their coffee hasn't become as bad as their service and I trust that upper management will rectify. I look forward to my next visit.
A true coffee lovers gem! In a world of franchise coffee, I do prefer to opt for local roasters and brews. I got a simple iced black coffee from here so I could enjoy the roast. It was phenomenal. Rich deep flavor. As far as the business goes, the staff are highly effective and efficient at preparing the drinks. I waited maybe 5 minutes for my drink at there were at least 15 drinks ahead of me. Unbelievably fast service.

This is my personal favorite coffee place in the greater Nashville area. They roast their own beans to perfection, and the staff is skilled and kind. The shop has a great vibe and lots of room to sit down for meetings or laptop work.
This place is a well oiled machine. They are very busy, but standing there waiting for my order, I could see why. They had 20+ cups lined up on the counter, and not a single person stopped moving. They were all pushing to get drinks out asap. Everyone was doing something to help. My drinks were at the end of that 20+ cups, and I still got my order within about 10 minutes. That’s nothing to wait for a quality coffee. I’ve waited 30 minutes before at Starbucks and was still left with just ‘okay’ coffee. I will definitely return.
Great experience here. Friendly staff, good coffee and comfortable chairs. My only complaint is all the Lincoln propaganda.
