This place was so fast! Got my food as soon as I sat down. Had options for different dietary restrictions. Was able to accommodate our group. Friendly staff.

This is one of the only places I’ve found in Tennessee that knows how to cook and serve a proper brisket. No exaggeration.Portions are generous and their cheese grits are amazing. If you want some amazing brisket, you need to stop in here and give it a try.Just be warned - once you’ve had real brisket, nothing else even comes close.

Stopped here on my way home from Florida. Food was delicious, service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Easily the best place I ate on my vacation.

Smelled great walking in. There is nothing better than the smell of wood smoking.Nice menu selections, quick service, pretty good food.I had the Colorado Sandwich -Certified Angus Beef Brisket, fresh jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, Spicy Red Sauce, and house-made cheese sauce on a grilled potato roll.Got Hogwood Beans on the side. Here’s the breakdown:Nose happy from Smoke +1 star; eyes happy from clean, bright interior +1 star; mouth happy from good food +1 star; cool soda selection from Stubborn Soda Co +1 star. It’s pricy. It’s good. Torn on if I’d go back or not.

The food was delicious! The ribs were so flavorful and the brisket was very tender. They also give you the option for it to be more lean or marbled. We got our food pretty fast. Overall an awesome place that I would recommend to anyone that loves BBQ.

The food was absolutely amazing!!! The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly

Absolutely delicious. Atmosphere is clean, modern, and spacious. Price is appropriate for the menu items we ordered. Would recommend, and totally be back.

Delicious food and fast service, works well when traveling with families and colleagues. Order by the counter first and you will be served with great BBQ. You can also purchase their BBQ sauce by the bottle right at the spot!

This is what I would consider an upscale BBQ joint. For example, I ordered the coleslaw and, to my surprise, kale was included. I did not see that mentioned anywhere, but, to me, it was a delightful addition. The macaroni and cheese was shell, not elbow, pasta. Where else would you get Hatch Chile Cheese Grits? (She said they were delicious.) The Icebox Pickles cucumber and onion bit on the side was delicious (and we ordered some to go after tasting it). The brisket was delicious. Theme: Delicious. Delicious. Delicious was the verdict on everything we ordered.

Stood in line for 20 minutes to order, had to wait for a spot to sit. The food was decent, but I've had better at my local BBQ joint in Cody, Wyoming. Mac and cheese, coleslaw were just OK. Brisket was moist and could cut easy with a fork, but it had a lot of fat. My wife had the brisket tacos and they had a lot of fat. We're both fans of slaw but didn't really care for this style. Warning: the noise level was ridiculous. It was louder than a pig wrestling match at the county fair. All in all, a decent meal for a decent price. And I'm still not sure what the deal is with the slice of Wonder bread.
