My friend and I came to get some sushi to go , and one of the workers made a comment of "how many people is this for" , which is irrelevant because we paid and tipped well to get some good sushi or whatever. Then he proceeded to laugh in our face so I ain't really like that. I'd recommend the worker who had the audacity to take a chill pill and treat customers with a little more respect :) won't be returning
Came to pick up an order and they were rude to the people standing before us and us as well. We were here for over 20 minutes and they kept saying in a few minutes it will be ready but could not give us an accurate update. Customer service has gone downhill everywhere, I guess here is no exception.
Looking for Inari and they had it on the menu...very good.
Love this place. The dumpling appetizer is amazing. The sushi is fresh and well prepared. I have eaten here many times and will be back again.
Great fresh sushi for the price. Little thin on the slices of fish. The number of different rolls to choose from is fantastic, every person will find something good. This place is definitely a hidden gem.
One of my favorite places in Franklin to get sushi. Their ramen is also wonderful. It was perfect on a cool rainy day.Their easy and fast online takeout ordering has been consistently delicious.GF and rice free options help my family's dietary restrictions. I often get a rice free roll and have never been disappointed.The kids love the Ramune and Mochi.
I’ve been many times in the past and had the woman with glasses wait on me, and haven’t had a bad experience until today. Went at 1 pm and the waiter (a man) took my order…then nothing. I had asked for a hot tea, after waiting 40 minutes (after he took my order) I told him “forget the tea, give me a water.” I had been sitting thirsty. After another 10 minute and got up to leave. I told him I had to get back to work. He laughed and just said “ok.” No apology or anything. Extremely disappointed. I left without getting anything I ordered. I watched him ring in receipts as food sat. He did not bring any tables water until he brought their food. How is that customer service?? It was terrible I do not recommend unless you have 2 hours to wait.

The service was fast, the menu isn't very large and helpful. The sushi was warm and visibly low quality. It was warm and had little to no flavor. Unkind or not the only server working smelled horrible and I feel like someone who is tending to customers should worry more about hygiene. The food also came out fast but the temperature was warm on cold foods and scalding on warm foods. The sushi isn't very good period. The noodles in the ramen are very bad. For this quality the food is expensive. Entering the restaurant from the fragrant outside is an awful experience. Please visit another restaurant, this one is not worth it.
Some of the best sushi and ramen I've ever had. Just went here on a whim and experienced some of freshest tastiest food Ive had in quite some time. If your a sushi lover this is the place to go. Will definitely be back.
