So glad I picked this place. Just got in from Atlanta and needed a quick bite. Burger was delicious. Sweet potato was sublime (I make lots of them in my air fryer, so I know a good one when I taste one). Met the Owner and Ops Dir. and they are cool guys and passionate about the experience. If you want/need a good burger, highly recommend.

Hot, juicy, and fresh. My wife and I went out on a Thursday night to try this place and we definitely will be coming back. If you make your own burger, don’t forget the onion straws on top. The fries where tasty, well seasoned and the way they fried them was well timed in the fryer. Crispy outside and nice size to them.
Delicious take on specialty burgers - we shared and sampled prior to photos. Love the kiosk ordering and the ‘Made on Demand’ open grill. Added Ground into our fav rotation.
Excellent Burgers!!! My wife & I heard about this great locals place in Franklin for a burger, so we decided to give it a try & loved it! I had the Sweet & Smokey BBQ Bacon Burger & tots. It was easily a Top 5 hamburger that I have ever had! My wife had the Turkey Burger with sweet potato fries & their homemade apple butter for dipping. They were so nice & kind. We loved Ground & will be back very soon! GREAT job!!!
We went here for dinner. It was our first time. The food came out in a good time. Everything was absolutely delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly and the baked potato was pretty good too. We order the loaded fries and thr chili they put on them was really good! I will say most of the staff was friendly. But got kinda non friendly vibes from one of the guys at the register.
I am in a state of pure burger ecstasy. I mean honestly.I walk in for lunch, was greeted warmly and was ran through the ins and outs of how to order (it was simple) and a few minutes later my burger was ready.I really don’t know what else to say. It’s the best burger I’ve ever had in my entire life; and I’m perpetually on the hunt in my many travels to find the best burger. So much so, I’ve had friends tell me I should start a blog about it.Anyway, no hesitation with Ground. I’ll be back for dinner. Like, tonight.
Pros:Burgers are juicy and flavorful, even the kid's cheeseburger.Wings are on the pricey side but is worth it. The wings are jumbo size! Got the buffalo ranch. It had the right buffalo heat and coolnesss from the ranch.Fries are fresh cut and huge portion.Cons:Made a "mistake" in double meat...the single patty is big enough! ?No Hendersonville location.
Great burger! Had a double blue cheese burger and I must say the beef was very tasty but on the small size for a double. Also had fried pickles, the ones that weren't lumped together and not cooked were really good, just need to drop them in the fryer slower so they don't clump. Fried mushrooms were pretty good too! Only downfall I would say is while I was waiting inside for my takeout I noticed by the soda machine and behind that it was very dirty. The guys working were very nice and the small dining area seemed adequate also. I would definitely go back and recommend it!
39.00 for 2 hamburgers that were bloody when requested well done. They said their fries are the best. they put way to much black pepper on them. it was just gross and overly priced
