Touchscreen ordering system and the grill is right there behind the counter.Ordered a double black and blue burger (blackened seasoning and blue cheese) and a cold Abita Andygator double bock.Burger was good with a generous amount of blue cheese crumble. Tater tots were good.It was almost $30 for a burger and beer and for that price it really needs to be great.Service was prompt, food was hot and fresh but there was really nothing standout about it.Here’s the breakdown:Hot and fresh +1 star; fast and friendly +1 star; generous toppings and sides +1 star; cold beer +1 star.I might go back. They worked hard and made good food but $30 for a burger and beer? The jury is out at this moment.
5 stars from a picky eater and a foodie with a specific diet. I am not sure how I had never heard of here til tonight. I am gluten free and have certain foods I stay away from finding a restaurant that my husband and I bbq grill master and I agree on is unheard of these days. I had a turkey burger on a lettuce wrap with grilled mushrooms with onions and cheddar with a sweet potato as a side. My husband had the all American with a fried egg and bacon and a side of sweet potato fries. Both burgers were cooked exactly as ordered and everything was delightful and the perfect portions. There kiosk order system makes it so easy to customize each and every step of making burgers, sandwiches, loaded potatoes, and or salads. This is a dream for someone super health conscious or picky kids / adults. This will definitely being going into our eating out rotation.
First if all, WOW. Since moving to TN in September, we've struggled to find anywhere that is at least half decent from middle TN to Gatlinburg, I can count on 1 hand all the places that have really met our expectations and now I can add one more. We ordered two different burgers which were fully customizable (though a bit confusing at first trying to order) and subbed out for sourdough (the best bread can't change my mind).What we got literally left us speechless. Everything was seasoned, it was fresh, it paired well together without being some hunk of meat a hipster put together. The French fries was crispy(with an extra crispy option!) And danced along perfectly with their spicy ranch! While waiting one of the guys working was telling us we picked some of his favorites and just talking with us. He was so friendly and you could tell he wanted to make sure we had a great first experience. Will be back for sure!

Delicious! The Pioneer Burger is your basic burger but tastes way extra! Hot chicken sandwich leaves your taste buds happy. Plenty of tasty, well-seasoned fries come with your order. You won't be disappointed.
Food was delicious but with customer service like this I will never go back. Good food is not a trade off for being treated like you are a burden. I understand we live in a world of contact free transactions but this place takes it to a whole new level. Can't call in an order. Can't go in and verbally give your order. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. And you can't pay cash. This was my first time in and I was not familiar with the kiosk ordering system. When I asked the girl working to help me she huffed puffed and rolled her eyes so hard I'm surprised they didn't fall out of her head. Customer appreciation goes a very long way and if I could rate less than one star I would simply for their lack of it at this place.

Food was great, service was excellent, but above all, Emily was happy, enthusiastic and went out of her way when I was an idiot and dumped my Coca-cola and a clean table. She also explained as many items as I desired before ordering. W O W !!! BBQ Burger, Daddy Fries and a side salad... Yum!
Great burgers!! Friendly service too. You order at the counter and pick up your food, it is not brought to your table. Nothing wrong with that, just with noting
