Been coming here for years. Their fajitas are the best in Franklin. Made the mistake today of ordering the taco salad. I never eat theTortillas that come with the fajitas so I thought I will just get the salad today. What a mistake. Take all your cold fresh ingredients and pour a hot scoop of refried beans and cheese dip over it and make it inedible. That’s what it is. The chicken pieces (and that’s what they are - tiny chicken bits) are few and far between but if you luck up on one it is tasty. Just stick w the fajitas. The salad should be taken off the menu!
Greeted by a friendly host and was told approximately 15 min, I was at the table in less than 5! Win!!! I was sat at my table and the server did not come…. As I began to wonder where they were, she appeared. Their tables were not clusters together and I realized she was all over the place. She took my order and continuously checked on me. Food came out ridiculously fast! Everything but the rice tasted the same - like lime. Food was ok…. Service was great once she got there. I will be back to try something else and see how it goes.
My daughter and family love this place. Today I took my granddaughter. Evan provided exceptional service and the food was excellent. Great family atmosphere.

It's a generous three stars. Our queso dip was thinner than soup and the salsa pretty flavorless. The saving grace was our main courses. My Hawaiian quesadilla was crisp and flavorful and my wife enjoyed her enchiladas. The ambiance is lackluster and the place is borderline dirty. Many burned out light bulbs, debris in various places on the floor and a rundown ratty bathroom. There were multiple stains and streaks on our window shade.
My go to place in Franklin. Service is excellent. Ask for Juan Carlos's section. He has done a fabulous job everytime we are in there. Quality of the food is great. The chicken fajitas are awesome, and they can do lettuce leafs instead of tortilla if you request it. Great low carb option.I highly recommend Garcia's franklin.
Everything was wonderful. From the service, salsa, food, and dessert. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!!
