Purchased all the fixings for a Birthday party meal of fajitas. Adults and children. Food was fantastic.Have also eaten at the restaurant many times. Always great food and service.

This is one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants in middle Tennessee. Went I. For a lunch and had the carnitas, they were prepared to perfection. Highly recommend reoccurring visits.
I wish I wouldve tooken pictures and I usually dont write reviews but my experience here yesterday was horrible. I was going to let it slide but we got way overcharged for the amount of food we received. The homemade guacamole was $10 and I honestly think it was half of a guacamole with BIG chunks of jalapeños and onions, it was more jalapeños and onion then it was avocado( which a homemade guacamole isnt suppose to be like that) , when our food came out the portions were way to small and nothing like the description said on the menu and when it was time to pay I asked if we would get any type of discount for how the food was or because of the guacamole and the manager just said that it isnt made like that even though it specifically says the description on the menu and he really didnt care what we had to pay, I really feel like we got "robbed" and the fact that that he kind of smirked and just said we will talk to the guys in the back which just made it worse because he was basically accepting that the food we ordered wasnt right. My husband and I used to come here so that's the reason for the review, nothing is the same as we remember.
Cozy atmosphere very good attention and good food recommend trying the skinny margarita and definitely recommend coming to this restaurant
Service was great, food was even better! The portions were generous & fairly priced. Shrimp was cooked perfectly. We ate here for lunch on a girl's day trip to Franklin. If we lived closer, this would definitely be a regular favorite!!
We went to this place on National Margarita day and they were not even aware of it . We ordered the margcorona and paid 14.00 for a drink that I swear didn't have any tequila in it. Ordered a regular on with salt and barely had any salt on the rim and once again no alcohol flavor. The final one I specifically mentioned to the hostess ma concerns and got a decent margarita. When we got the final bill I was shocked to see that it was over 90.00. I asked to speak to a manager and when he came out he was rude and condecing. I will never be back to this place and suggest that there are many other outstanding options to choose from.
I'm glad we gave this place another chance. We used to eat here all the time when Omar and them owned it. But we had a really bad experience after that and I didn't think I would ever be back. That was a few years ago. Today, however, was fantastic. I normally prefer traditional Mexican food but today I was craving the westernized meals I grew up on. The menu seemed to have a little bit of everything for everyone. They had traditional things as well.My only complaint is that the plumbing is still a problem. It has been a problem, though, since before I could ever remember... even when this place was Mr.Gattis Pizza back in the day... I'm grateful these old buildings are still standing though... My other issue was I had a hard time reading the menu because there was so much packed into such a small space. Other than that, we had a fantastic lunch. The wait staff was very nice and I think the owner was there and he was very attentive making sure that we had everything that we needed. I even asked where all the people were. It didn't make any sense.. I couldn't believe we were the only ones there.4.5 stars?????
The food is alright, cheese dip is pretty good, but one of the managers/owners is always standing outside yelling at people about parking. Our family used to order from here about once a week until I got screamed at by him while going to the Starbucks in the parking lot.
