This dunkin is always on their game! Drinks by far taste best at this location! They are usually quick and efficient.
The girl taking drive through orders today 6/24/22 is rude and should be replaced. She got an attitude with me when I said that I was looking for the types of donuts they carry but I couldn’t find them on the drive the menu. Is that really all it takes for her to be a smart a**? Oh and when I placed my order she didn’t give me a total, just rudely said “pull around,” also with an attitude. Management should replace her. She’s short-fused and not good at her job.

They closed the store early. I'm just trying to order for a pregnant friend and you're not decent enough to answer the speakers before it was even the 7pm closing time? There were people in the drive through and parking lot who were also confused as to why they were acting like they weren't open and locked the doors.
Coffee was amazing! Customer service not so much, the girl in the drive through was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me multiple times when I asked for simple requests. Hopefully my next experience is a little better!
We went for the donuts. We won't get most of the time. It's always out of stock. Getting disappointed
Horrible experience! I was in the drive thru line for over 30 min with only 2 cars ahead of me. Then the man taking my order was extremely rude for no reason. I understand if your short staffed but good customer service should still be a thing.
I like DD only thing is I ordered 2 toasts one wt avo and one with hummus and they should come with sundried tomatoes. They didn't give them to me ? omg I was so upset but way too hungry. I found out after I already drove off. Shame

Super excited to see this shop open after having some issues with the Carothers Pkwy location. About once a week I'd swing in for a egg and cheese on a "toasted" bagel, the other location would clearly toss the bagel into the microwave. When I first visited this new location I was glad to see they weren't tossing the food into a microwave and actually toasting it, until last week that is.Please stop doing this! If a customer requests a egg and cheese on a TOASTED bagel, that doesn't mean toss it into a microwave. I'll give it one more shot, if you do it again I will stop visiting that store like the other..1st world problems I know :)
