Why are they always out of donuts? This is the second time in a row I've tried to get donuts and they were out.We used the app to order 12 donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee.The cashier gave me the rest of the order, and just didnt give us the donuts. When i asked if we could get our donuts, they said they were out. I asked if they could provide a refund for the donuts, but they couldn't for the app.
i love dunkin’ donuts so much, but i need to share this negative experience because i truly can’t wrap my head around it, tried to go through the drive thru first and their headsets weren’t working so i went inside, another family was waiting for any kind of employee to walk up, but instead we all heard terrifying full volume angry yelling from the back, couldn’t fully tell what the person was saying but it was a man yelling and it scared the other family so bad they left, i waited for about 10 minutes before three employees showed up, had zero knowledge of how to use the register and kept laughing for some reason? just weird and unnecessary, won’t be returning.
The girl at the window didn’t speak to me accept to tell me how much my order was.. no thank you or have a nice day and then another girl brought my sandwich to the window and just said sour dough and walked off.. horrible service.. very unfriendly.. going back to the other Dunkin’ Donuts off of Cool springs blvd
Stopped by to get some donuts, and had a great experience thanks to a super helpful employee named Bennett. This is a multi-store shop, so he has to be 100% on Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins and handle customers like me that are awestruck by all the selections! I have been here at least 10 times and every time I get to the menu boards, my brain freezes like a delicious double scoop with confetti sprinkles. Bennett was helpful without being pushy and was above and beyond. He helped me decide by listening to me and hooked us up with some of the best donuts in Cool Springs!Thank you, Bennett - my wile LOVED the chocolate glazed chocolate donuts!
Worst experience at this location in a very long time...I ordered my usual the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich on a croissant. The first go around they gave me just bacon in a bag, and upon pulling through to recorrect it I could not comprehend how the drive thru employee didn't know the item. He ultimately gave me a sandwich with toast, bacon, and cheese, nothing remotely close.The worst part of all this that should be handled is the drive thru employee who was stoned out of his mind, I mean gone. Guy looked like he had just lit up a blunt outside and can't even process anything. I feel for the rest of the guests today that have to deal with him
We came here because said was open till 9 pm. Closed doors locked by 8:15. Called and phone rang forever. On 4th call asked why closed before 9. They got smart and said Drive thru open but not main doors. I informed them no notice on door drive thru still open. She got smart and said not my problem Have a good night and slammed down phone. I drove around and was told they be with me in minute. 10 min later took order but out of everything. I ordered 6 donuts but gave me two extra chocolate cake donuts and charged for 8. We do not like cake donuts. Employees very rude and unprofessional. Stay away from here unless you like being treated in a bad way
They never have anything in stock. Waffle cones out of stock, ice creams out of stock. I have been here plenty of times but I hear the same thing that its out of stock, and my trip is always waste without getting anything from here
i have worked here for 2 years we are currently very understaffed but i promise if you came in while i am working you’ll be greeted with a smile and good customer service. i am so sorry for everyone who had poor customer service here molly nussey
Mini beagle cold inside, avocado Toast soft nothing was fresh at 8am really unacceptable. Plus clients are so rude. I use mostly Hermitage but do work I was in this side in morning and decide to have my favorite coffe drive al the way from back building where should be drive thru line and 2 cars almost hit me and so rude. But they actually blocking street too. Really gotta improve wirs service than any other dunking donuts will never come back to this one.
Never have the regular every day classic donuts. I'm talking chocolate frosted.. maple frosted strawberry sprinkled... I have tried numerous times. Every time none .. I tried again last week .. ok.. No.. they didn't have any. I honestly don't know why or how this location is even open. ??
