I 100% understand the under staffing right now but this dunkin is always slow and I really try not to come here when I can. Their always behind and their machines are always broken down. Or only have one poor soul working by themselves. Today there were 4 people and it took me 30 minutes in store to get a drink. This place needs a training.
I went to the one on New Hwy 96 this morning. It was much better than the new one on Cool Springs and the one on Carothers Parkway. They were short staffed and the inside war closed because of that. However, they were very efficient and got the long line in the drive thru taken car of quickly. The other stores in this area could learn from this store!
Just had an awful experience at another Dunkin (Wellington, FL) that caused me to be thankful for the one I frequent. Always solid and friendly staff. Their order accuracy isn’t always the best for mobile orders but anytime something is wrong they correct it quickly. I’d say check your order before you drive off! Lol. Good quality is good and never had an issue with how it tastes. Overall an above average Dunkin’.
i always get my food exactly how i order it, best staff i’ve experienced so friendly fun and helpful i think the tall girl with red hair could use some training because she was sitting on the counter as i walked in and didn’t acknowledge me. left a good tip they deserved it!
Best Dunkin’ Donuts in the state, food was fresh out of the oven, and by far the best customer service I’ve had. Zoey Alex and Dean were the nicest people I’ve met at a restaurant.

What kind of donut place doesn’t have donuts ever? Lol. We’ve gone there 3 times in the past 2 weeks to get donuts and they never have any.

They make my coffee wrong every single time. I no longer go to Dunkin’ Donuts.
