Good, but not as good as other Dos's I have been to. Not bad for a mall.

In a restaurant/food outlet, service is something which matters a lot.The short and thin lady at the counter is extremely rude. She was putting very less quantity of all the ingredients, even the rice and beans which are the core ingredients. Upon asking her to add some more beans, she rudely added a whole spoon full of beans and added that to the bill as top-up without even telling us. This is what is called as fraud. We didn't ask for any top-up or double quantity, we just asked for the right quantity which is the standard at all the DosBros outlets. After that, she then reduced the quantity of the other ingredients even further. What a joke!!She might have been working there for the first time but I am a regular customer of DosBros at multiple locations. I know the standard quantity of the ingredients and I can say for sure that she was serving the reduced quantity so that she can charge extra on the bill whenever somebody asks for the right quantity. This is a malpractice and is absolutely unacceptable!I request the owner to look into this matter and get such staff replaced asap.
I love dis bros, I usually get a quesadilla and I have a good service before the las 3 times I’ve been there, I don’t like to be the kind of person who gives bad reviews but when someone is rude more than once I stop enjoying the places I ask this girl which I don’t know her name but is definitely Hispanic for some salsa and she literally give this much and being so rude.
Never thought I'd review a chain found inside a mall. However, a friend in Chattanooga raved about DosBros. I finally tried it and must say it's pretty great. I usually like Chipotle for this type of food but DosBros wins in my book. The steak is what my go to and when I asked for a sample I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. To top it off they have a creamy serrano sauce found usually in more authentic Mexican restaurants and it is quite tasty. Definitely will be frequenting this place for lunch.
My party and I were very pleasantly surprised by the amazing quality at this DosBros in the Franklin Mall. The staff was very polite and we had the pleasure of meeting the manager of this location who was a great gentleman.The chips and guac were very tasty, and there is one green sauce in particular that is terrific. We had bowls of steak, barbacoa, and chicken and all three were delicious. One party member had a quesadilla that was also cooked very well. The add-on selection is very nice.
Great Food! Probably best at this mall.
