Easy online ordering.Been a long time consumer of Domino's!Never a complaint in over 30 years. Domino's in Intn. Falls, MN always had my business 4 to 7 times a year when crossing the Canada border. New to TN, Domino's consistency prevails!
There was only one employee working while I picked up my pizza. He was slammed with orders and dealing with not-so-friendly phone calls all while keeping a positive attitude and cracking jokes. He could’ve complained at any point but made sure I still got my pizza in a timely fashion. Andrew gets 14/10 marones. Pure class. Take care. Brush ya hair.
My daughter accidently provided the wrong hotel address. Christian the delivery driver was very upset when he called and I provided him the correct address for the hotel we are staying at (10 minutes away). He arrived minutes later and threw the food on the floor outside our door and literally ran down the hall. My daughter hollered and asked if he wanted his tip still. He came back for the $10 tip I had decided to give him for his troubles. No appologies about throwing the food on the floor that is no longer edible. When I called the restraunt to complain, again no appology. No refund. No nothing just a woman laughing about the matter as my family goes without the dinner I just paid over $50 for. Do not recommend if you enjoy your meal served with a smile. Horrible service, couldn't tell you about the food. Absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received.
Ordered from Domino’s in Franklin TN tonight and had one of the VERY BEST-ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service experiences ever. I placed my order online for a special 2 or more for $6.99 deal/and when my delivery guy, Talmadge, showed up, I asked if he had forgotten a box. He reviewed my order and confirmed it was correct as I also reviewed my order and realized that part of my order was kicked out/ not saved or whatever. I paid him and thanked him anyway. Later on that evening, he redelivered our missing piece for no other reason than to make it right! How do you possibly have a more devoted employee? I was shocked at the “extra mile” as you very seldom get even mediocre service anymore! Thank you Tal for restoring my faith in humanity again! Job well done deserves great praise (even if the mistake was mine)!! Thank you!
I love Dominos and I love this store. You really need to pay more attention to DETAIL. I would order MORE if you did, but I am ALWAYS to afraid no one pays attention to DETAIL. I order extra Marinara Sauce to dip my pizza. Did I receive the sauce. NO. Did I get charged for the sauce. YES. $0.92. This happens way too much. I am to the point where I am over calling in to complain to get credit. DETAIL. Have a QA person double check every order. I GUARANTEE the extra expense for the position would be worth it. First time coming over to this one. We LOVE this one bc they know that when you have a lot of pizzas. They know to get you lots of plates & napkins. But ALL the DOMINO'S CAN NOT CUT PIZZAS RIGHT. Bc we have to come home & cut it again. Its NOT Right.
Everything was good and arrived super fast. The guy who delivered it was very nice as well. I love the lava cakes I could eat those damn things 24 7.
I've ordered a pizza and gave a precise address to an easy to find large hotel. I got a call saying they were on their way, so I went down to the lobby and they never showed up. I went back to my room and they had called again. When I called them, a girl said the driver couldn't find me. I'm literally within the same city block. Then she said she would not make a fresh pizza, though this one will now be cold. And to refund would take up to five days to come off my card. She just kept blaming me for not having my phone, but didn't blame the driver at all for being unable to find a 170 room hotel a block away. Bad service, won't order from them again. This is too much money to spend to be done this way.
I ordered a 2 topping medium pan pizza. Look at what was delivered. I cost me $20+ for it to be delivered including delivery fee and a tip to receive such a mess delivered.
Second time the pizza has tasted like cardboard and wasn't cut properly. We've ordered twice in the last 2 months and both times it was nasty. I drive out of my way to get domino's and won't be anymore. I think they forgot all seasoning in the dough and no garlic butter on crust at all like it use to have.
