At Night they don't deliver and the few times they do it takes 2 hours. I know its hard to find people to work. If they have a hard time finding people to work they should not offer delivery just pick up or set up up a deal with Door Dash to deliver. Not happy. I wasn't even offered the three dollar off for pick up.

2 hours after the upper limit of the estimated delivery time. This is the second time this has happened. Why can't you get your ETAs right?
Truly an all around great pizza experience.. yes, it is possible with a national chain restaurant.. I worked for Dominos many moons ago on a planet far far away, and believe it or not it's still my favorite place to get consistent good pizza any place I travel.. the location on Downs Blvd in Franklin TN is an extremely well managed store and it caused me to consider working for the company again, thirty years later!Great people and pizza!Well done.. you have me as a lifelong customer and supporter.
I know it is a chain and not a local mom and pop place, but I really like their pizza and it's a good value as well. Especially like getting the deep dish pies.
We Love the pizzas ?, the deserts , bread sticks, wings & everything. You ALL know what you are doing. We LIKE your business BC you all can get our food ready in time, then the new one over in Spring Hill by Home Depot, BC they dont know what they are doing. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!?
This store has been unavailable the last 3 times I’ve called.. it is barely operational, nobody answers the phone and no one is available for deliveries.. As a Domino’s franchise this is just unexceptionable even during “covid worker shortages” ..
The manager Jeanette I believe was terrible of service. Tried asking for an application and told her I use to be a manager and she asked my hours. I told her 9-5 and she pulled the app Away and said I had never worked at a dominos with those hours. I was a morning shift manager how would you even know?

Recently we have been ordering for a scheduled time and end up receiving our order 20 minutes late. The pizza is finished around 30 minutes before it is delivered to us. This has happened multiple times (we typically order on Friday nights). Then when I call the store to check on it I don't get an answer unless I call multiple times in a row. I don't recommend.
