We had been wanting to try Culver's on each of our three visits to the Franklin area. On a hot Tennessee day, we thought it would be great to try frozen custard. We never made it further than 6 feet in the door. The dirty and sticky front lobby/entry and the strong smell of bad fryer grease turned us right back around and out the door. Had to settle for a McDonald's ice cream cone instead. Sadly disappointed.
Tasty burger, excellent concrete (mixed frozen custard), and the staff were very hard working despite the late dinner rush. They never lost patience and worked extremely hard to deliver a good dining experience. This was my first time trying Culver's and I enjoyed the food and service. The other patrons in the store were hilarious too.
I hate to post a bad review for Culvers because I usually love it but this one was pretty disappointing. Took nearly an hour to get our food which really was only mediocre when it arrived...cold and greasy... It was a busy evening and I understand that but with I counted 11 staff they were unable to keep up with orders. What really disgusted me though was one of the female employees was in the bathroom ahead of me and did not wash her hands when she left ?? Needless to say we will not be back.....
First time here and got the Walleye dinner. It was tasteless, but the cole slaw was great. The floors were at 1:30pm and I had to wait a while to be served when nobody was even there. Took it back to the counter and all i got was a hard time. I see no reason to ever return.
Grabbed a butter burger for lunch. Tasty as always. Pretty fast service and the employees were friendly. Cheese curds were on point as always.
The food was pretty good for my first time going there. The long line for the drive thru kept us from getting out of the parking lot, but cars waiting in line let us break into the line so we could exit the parking lot. Next time I'll park and walk over.
If you advertise that you’re open until 10pm, don’t close early. Drove out of our way and found it closed at 9:30. Correct your hours if they’re not accurate.
Dont bother ordering ANY of their concretes or Sundays you will pay $5 for a cup of vanilla- no freaking toppings - does ANYONE in this nasty town have pride in their work?!?
Culver's never fails to deliver. Great heart attack inducing food that is worth every bite! Great service from Hunter.
