I have been to crumbl in UT, IL, FL, & TN… this is the worst location.1. The app is never accurate with their inventory2. The have repeatedly substituted cookies in our curbside pickup order without telling us. We come home and find the cookies we didn’t ordered!3. They are always sold out of multiple flavors even though they are open for another 3-4 hours. Poor management.Make sure you call every time to actually know their inventory. We just go to a different store now, not worth the headache.
The cookies are amazing! Our experience while there was less than. My husband and I walked in at a time where there was only one customer in front of us, and there were several staff members working behind the counter. Great! We walked up and placed our order and payed on one of the kiosks and went over to the side to wait. 20 minutes go by and at this point SEVEN costumers have come in after us, ordered, payed, got their order and left. So my husband goes up to the counter and it’s another 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged his presence. I kid you not, not a single employee even made eye contact. It was a poor experience from a customer service standpoint. They need to have someone behind the counter who is keeping track of orders and the customers who are present and waiting. Because we were there for half an hour for cookies that just needed to be put into a box and given to us! Finally my husband gets a staff members attention and it was an honest mistake, they had just missed filling the order. Which we totally understood! But the complete lack of awareness and attention to customers four feet away from them left a bad taste in our mouth.
We love Crumbl. My kids love the OG sugar cookie with the pink frosting, and I love the variety they give week to week. This location is always very quick and I love that they also offer curbside pickup!
Crumbl Cookies are always delicious no matter the flavor. Each of these cookies are big enough for 3 people or 4 kids to share. This location each time I've been has had some lazy, slow and grumpy employees tho.
1st time here. Visiting the area for the night. We will be back so we can get some amazing cookies. Some of the best cookies I have ever had...
My friend put me on to these cookies. I love them. They are always fresh and soft and just so good. I like that they have a changing menu but do wish they had a regular one as well. I love that they try new flavors. The blackberry lemon was my least favorite do to the seeds. But overall on of the best cookie joints I’ve seen in a while.
Kind of shocked at the terrible service I received. Waited several awkward moments at the counter as about 10 employees continued to work, finally I asked “is there a certain amount of time before someone can take my order?”One girl said “should be under 2 minutes.”Unsure if that meant 2 minutes is the standard or 2 more minutes, I continued to wait.“I just need 5 chocolate chip cookies, not even warmed up”No response. Just stares.Finally I said “Am I supposed to order online or something? Do you not take orders here?”And finally someone took my order.My cookies came to me in 5 separate boxes. I asked for them to be in less boxes and was told I’d need to be charged 50 cents more?Having waited already I asked why I couldn’t just get them put into 2 boxes and was told it couldn’t be done.Finally a supervisor was called over who charged me 1.25 to put my cookies into less boxes.
Once again Crumbl Franklin is out of two flavors. They seem to always be out of at least two flavors and when you only have 6 flavors that’s not a very good way to make customers returning customers. I’ve been here 4 times in the last week and on every visit they have been sold out of two flavors! This was my last visit to this location!
A HUGE fan of Crumbl cookies! Very disappointed in the ice cream. Naturally, they were out of one of the flavors (brownie fudge). The ice cream tasted like a generic store brand from your local grocery store. I ordered cookie dough. The cream was gritty, with little to no cookie dough. I guess my expectations were too high since the cookies are so amazing! So if you are wanting ice cream, skip the never ending line at Crumbl and hit up a Baskin Robbins, Cold Stone Creamery or Marble Slab and get yourself a REAL treat.
As a past loyal customer, I have had several bad experiences which have forced me to bo longer do business here. I placed an order in my mobile app and went to pick it up. Per usual they were out of half of the flavors. Said if I came back in a half hour they would be ready. I came back and no one would help me. Stood in line for 15 minutes. I would like my likely back and I will no longer get these overpriced cookies!
