Great service, friendly people and good food.

We ordered curbside and I left a tip and everything but the lady forgot our tea so I called and told them and they said okay give us a minute. Well 15 minutes later after we already ate our food and we're still sitting waiting on the tea. We left because we was going to be late to a job we had to do. Very unhappy and I'm sure nothing will be done about it but I'll change my review if they make it right. I spent $50 including tip so I expect great service when I spend that much for 2 ppl eating out.

Food was very good actually. We had the Country Fried Pork Chops (tender, juicy, nice crunchy breading, seasoned well) and the Bacon 'n Egg Hashbrown Casserole (great combination, cooked right, not too mushy or hard). Happily surprised at how much we enjoyed it.Service was pleasant but a little slow. Restaurant / shop wasn't very busy on a Saturday around 4 pm with staff unoccupied but we had to wait because the one person working carryout was putting another order together. Finally another staff took our order while we all waited for the busy carryout person to catch up. Might need some management attention.

I don’t like posting bad reviews of places but I had a horrible experience at this Cracker Barrel. When we got there we were seated right away which was good but everything afterwards was bad. Waitress took forever to take order. Food took forever to be brought to us and it tasted awful. The restaurant was not busy and there were a lot of people working so they can’t say they were under staffed. I had to get up from my seat twice because waitress would not help. When we paid, the lady that took our payment asked us how everything was and I said, “I’m sorry but the service was awful”. She got surprised and said she was sorry and there was another lady standing next to her. The cashier said that she was a manager but the manager just walked away like she didn’t care about our experience. It was just a really bad experience and I will not be going back to that restaurant. I like eating at Cracker Barrel but if you are near this one just keep going north on Hwy 65 for a few more minutes and go to the one near Cool Springs galleria.

Server led us to a table for four and there were five in our party . Her second choice was adequate but the table had not been cleared. After helping with the cleaning and sanitizing of the table, we finally sat down but not before adding the necessary chairs ourselves. The food was good but not hot as if the meals were allowed to sit somewhere for a spell. All in all this was a disappointing performance by a restaurant that usually is held to a higher standard.

As always, great food and experience. Multiple choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at an affordable price. And now they have alcohol and other adult beverages, making the experience even better.

Had the catfish grilled good❤ baked potato ?the sour cream wasn't good ot went bad and yet it ended up on my plate. VEGETABLE SOUP no tasted like water and vegetables.

Service was ok but I wasn't happy with the food I ordered. Mac and cheese was dry roast beef was tender but VERY BLAND green beans were wilted and none of it had salt or any other seasonings far as I could tell. I didn't eat it so I didn't have to pay for it with is only right. Just DISSAPOINTED!!!

We enjoyed our New Years Eve dinner here. The same good food we are use to having at other locations, and the salad was exceptionally fresh and delicious!

I have always loved Cracker Barrel except this time. They were quite busy the day we went but that did not hurt their service. The server was still on point and did not disappoint. The sad part was that they did not have a few items that would have been a part of my breakfast and no great alternatives.
