Terrible customer service. After having a miserable waiter from the beginning, our service dog needed water after being in the 100 degree heat and they were, for lack of better words, disgustingly not accommodating. By impeding the service animal from doing their job to serve their person, you are impeding the medical needs of that person. Just a heads up in case you were hoping Chuy’s in Franklin cared about the health and wellness of their customers. All this over water
The food is always good, just like all Chuy’s restaurants. But unfortunately the first impression when entering the restaurant is always unimpressive. The least I expect hosts to do when I enter a restaurant is to greet me and my guests, but it is rare to receive a “hello” or “welcome in” from this staff. It’s really unfortunate - my family and I enjoy Chuy’s, but we do not enjoy walking in here! Please train your hosts or hire more friendly staff!
It is a great texMex place. The food is good and flavor, I love their sauces. The food taste good, it is not Mexican place! It is a great texMex and is great, love the jalapeño sauce and chips. And enchiladas are good. I love the margaritas in here it is good for a lunch with friends.Service, well it will depend on the location, I have "meh" experience and good experiences with waiters.
Oh how I loved Chuy’s. It was my go to request for dinner out. Till our last visit when our waitress told me since they were so busy they did not take special orders. See I’m a very picky eater and simply requested that my burrito not be served with beans and asked if rice could be substituted. Now I knew it could be done since that was what I literally order every single time I go. But I guess she was just to busy to make the request when putting my order in.

Not impressed with menu or the food. However the place was packed. Took way to long to get food after ordered. The Waitress was very nice.Margaritas nah. Very small glass. Not sure how you could put margarita mix, ice and add much tequila and grand mariner at all in that glass.There’s just better elsewhere to me.
Our family loves Chueys. The food is always hot and delicious. Although, I would love to have the green chili rice back on the menu. You can find items that are very flavorful without spice. I recommend the soft chicken tacos. You can spice them up or not. The tortilla soup is outstanding. If I am to tired we always get takeout from Chueys.
Brentwood TN Location 022022 Lunch - - What a disappointment... This is the first restaurant we have gone to in over 2 years due to the pandemic. The place was slow and maybe 10% full so we were sat immediately but it took our waitress 15 minutes to find us. She took our order and brought chips and Salsa then we decided we wanted Queso with it but she did not show up for another 20 minutes with our meals that were dry and lacked taste. If this is what you get after 2 years of not going to a restaurant for over priced food and lousy service we will just skip the restaurant industry all together. To be honest I love Chuys food. Everything is pretty much delicious for a good price. I over all this location because of customer service. Never feel rush and we eat there almost every week. I tend to ask for the bar area sitting because the bartender so kind and funny and even remembers us. Plus I love all the dog photos by the booths soon I will secretly be leaving one of my dog ?
It's good, not great but good. Their salsa is a bit different than most Mexican restaurants but not bad. Definitely eat here again.
