This was our 4th time visiting this location in about a year. The first three trips were great. No issues. This past visit we decided to order fries with our pizza. Pizza was great as usual. We love it. Here come the fries- I am not exaggerating whatsoever when I say every single fry was barely done in the middle and black (burnt!) on the ends. I almost thought it was a joke. I don’t normally send back food unless it’s just awful. My husband took them back up to the counter and asked for more fries because these were burnt. It took me about 20 minutes (trying to wrangle toddlers in church e cheese) to wrap my head around what they’d actually told my husband. They would ‘send them through again.” What??? My husband also told me one of the nicer young ladies mentioned she ran them through twice. At this point I’m still like, what on earth do they mean cooked them twice. Cook fries twice??So- here’s where I almost lost my teeth. When they bring them out the second time, they’re basically the same except more of the fries are now burnt and blackened. I just couldn’t actually pay for burnt fries. I ask for cheesy bread instead and let us just pay the difference since the bread was more expensive. We weren’t looking for a freebie at all, just didn’t seem fair to pay for burnt fries. The manager comes out and tells my husband that they “cooked the fries to our specifications” - I kid you not!!!!! At this point I thought I was about to lose my mind over his comment and it had already wasted several minutes of play time for our really young kids who just love this place. So I gave up and walked away.We will not be returning to this location. Nor will we recommend it to anyone we know. We’d rather drive farther to Clarksville to not deal with the attitudes and extreme lack of customer service from this Franklin location again. On top of that, most employees there seemed obviously uninterested in working. With the exception of a young lady that I don’t remember her name. She has small braids in her hair and was very nice that night. Seemed like she understood our frustration but nothing she could do about it. She also was the hostess for our daughters birthday party back in the fall and was extremely helpful and kind.

Pleasantly Surprised! The STAFF was SO NICE!!! I want to give them a 5 but the food menu is so limited, and the place isn't cheap. Start at $50 for adult and two kids! But small children seemed to enjoy the place very well! Small staff so be patient. But Clean and roomy. Go during off hours. Your kids will want to bounce around, so be ready to keep up with them!

Our experience with Chuck e cheese was awesome the kids had a great time other than the one employee that was behind the counter a black girl that threw a piece of ice at my friend's little girl that I had taken with us I think if she doesn't like her job maybe she needs to get a new one because you're going to work around kids being at Chuck e cheese so evidently she didn't like her or maybe she was just trying to show out in front of the guy that was sitting out there at the tables that was laughing and cutting up with her so maybe they need to look at her as to getting her a new job but other than that our experience was great with Chuck e cheese my children and grandchildren has always loved Chuck e cheese it is an awesome place for kids and let's keep it that way please

I would like to shout out my wonderful server/host of my sons birthday party this past weekend. Her name is Angel and she did a fantastic job! She made me feel calm and handled everything with ease and a beautiful smile. Our party wouldn’t have been as enjoyable if it wasn’t for her and her awesome service as well as everyone else that worked that day. We had a great experience and will be back! Please let Angel know how amazing she’s doing!

I am so very disappointed and feel so disrespected. Today Sunday February 20, 2022, I contacted Chuck E Cheese In Cool Springs Franklin, Tennessee to see if they offered Sensory Sundays as I am from out of town and wasn’t aware and I have an Autistic child and a child with extreme SPD. I was advised they did not participate in that my best bet would to come in the evening before closing when it isn’t as busy. I show up before 8pm and they close at 9pm and I walk in and try to place an order and they refused to allow me to order food stating that they closed the kitchen. I asked to speak to the manager as there are no signs posted and there was nothing online of this policy and I was certainly not advised of this when I called and spoke to an associate. Not only did I have to wait until a late hour to celebrate my child’s birthday, but now they’re also hungry. ? Any parent knows you cannot bring your children into an establishment such as Chuck E Cheese and leave without playing. So here we are still spent over $100 and 6 hungry people. The manager stated she closed the kitchen because she wants to be out of here at 9 since she has children and it’s a school night. I informed her it was indeed not a school night as tomorrow schools are out for the Holiday. She shrugged her shoulders without a care in the world. We were not even allowed to get the salad bar and everything for that was still out. This location lost out on a minimum of $200 additional dollars from myself. There were about 5 additional families that walked in after myself all disappointed that they were unable to purchase food. I am so disappointed that this happened to my kids and other families. What made it worse and disrespectful was the attitude of the employees and manager. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND I WILL POST ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA AND REVIEW SITES FOR ANYONE TO ABOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!

The staff helping with birthday parties were so organized and attentive.

I loved the atmosphere for entertaining the kids, we didn't eat there! But we left happy for the time we stayed. I use the translator, I hope it translates well ??? Blessings

Has to be the BEST Chuck E. Cheese in Tennessee!!They always have a friendly..clean environment for my Grandgirls to enjoy!!! If you DNT like this place....you are just miserable with SELF....Period!!

Not enough games for small toddlers 4-5, way to expensive, for as little they have, including the tickets they earn for dollar tree toys. I'm not saying it has to be crazy, more, but more activities for kids for younger kids, spending a $150.00 for a night out, with 2 kids is a little much.

The pizza is definitely very delicious, the games are certainly exciting, I could see the children having fun. I rate as a nice experience
