Tried this place because of the great reviews. I was disappointed. Perhaps they were just having an off night? I’m not sure. But I can tell you we stood inside the restaurant for a solid 5 minutes or more and could not get a single person to seat us, even though several waiters and the bartender saw us there, making eye contact with them. My husband had to walk over to the bartender and ask for help. The food was mediocre. My broccolini was burnt to a crisp. I mean completely decimated! The atmosphere is nice though. They did a nice job decorating. But in the end, it’s service and food quality that matters the most to me, so I won’t be back.
Amazing food, as always. Photos of trout and short ribs. Excellent service. Very clean. Get the tiramisu and a cappuccino! You won't be sorry.
Incredible is all I have to say! The food is phenomenal! Please do not skip out on the dessert . I love the location! It is a secret spot you do not want everyone to know yet you have to share how amazing this restaurant is!On Valentines Day , there was a live singer and the atmosphere was unforgettable ! Thank you to Chrysalis and the staff for making my birthday memorable.
Absolutely delicious! Ate here for lunch on a Monday and it was very quiet. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. We both had the Alfred, one as listed on the menu, another with chicken instead of shrimp, both fabulous. You also get to choose your style of noodle for the Alfredo which was fun. The charcuterie board was so fun to get to pick and choose as an appetizer as well! Don't skip the fig jam!For drinks we had the Pear of Aces and a glass of wine. Wine was great, and the Pear of Aces comes through as a margarita though it doesn't have tequila! Definitely recommend a visit!
Excellent food. The alfredo and cioppino were both so good and flavorful. The rosemary bread and side salad were equally as good. Will definitely be back!
Always a treat to eat here. I usually try one of 5he specials. The chef is excellent and, based on my visits to Italy, authentic. A little noisy but the food is definitely worth it. Can’t wait to return.
Wasn’t impressed with our takeout order. This was our first time ordering from here and the staff was incredibly kind, so we will give them another chance. My husband had a sandwich with salmon and he said that it was good. I ordered a flatbread with sausage and peppers. Unfortunately it was more of a personal pan pizza than a flatbread and was covered in some sort of sauce (not marinara, that was underneath). The flatbread was the disappointment of our order. Like I said, we’ll give them another shot and I’ll update my review then. My husband said that he was happy with his sandwich portion size.
I went to this Italian restaurant for the first time tonight. First, the location is perfect, the restaurant inside is so clean and the decor is so attractive. I ordered Soltimbocca and it was so yummy. The service is excellent and the stuff are so friendly. If you never go there, don’t hesitate to go there and try it. For sure, We will be back.
Absolutely loved this place. The drinks were expertly crafted and the food was delicious! It was a great way to spend our New Years Eve date without the baby. Truly a fine dining experience.
Josh attended us. Fine gentleman explained everything on the menu as I visited this place for the first time. It's a fine dine experience, a bit on the expensive side but the chef here works for 16 years and none of the recipes are ready made including the breads, all breads are made in-house.Suggest this place for a fine dine experience in Franklin area.
