Marcus, Chris, Xavier, and Daniel are always on point with both food quality and customer service, something often not too common at other chipotle locations.. they always remember me(especially Marcus- GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE). The staff always seem to be having fun and enjoying their job, which is probably why they’re always in such a great mood. Usually drive down to this location instead of Brentwood(closer to my house)for this reason. 5star+++

I work in the service industry, so usually I’m pretty understanding that mistakes happen. However, this place disappoints almost every time. Every other delivery, food will be missing, half filled bowls and chips, etc. I only continue to order from here because they are the only place close enough for delivery. Tonight, there were pieces of meat in my queso. I really don’t know what to say other than how is this store being allowed to operate like this. Feeling really grossed out and frustrated. If you’re able to order in store, I would avoid this place.

I’m writing this review after arriving at this Chipotle location for the third to be told that my online order was “not in their system”. Last time it was a “system outage”. I even tried ordering from a different device as a guest this time. Every time the employees, particularly the manager, are so short and not helpful. They just send me to the back of the line, make me pay again, and tell me to “call corporate” and “check my bank account”. It’s the worst customer service of anywhere I go. They know there’s a problem with their restaurant, and they refuse to address it. The manager does not care. Read the other one star reviews about online orders and dirty restaurant.

Entire restaurant was a mess at 6pm Saturday evening and a ton of food being cooked for catering and nothing for your dine in patrons but tofu and grilled chicken. 3 people to prepare it but no one to cook food for paying customers or even refill ice in your drink machines. You had plenty of employees. Even one sitting down and eating with the rest of us… no manager in site

Anytime we have ever ordered delivery from this location they have neglected to get the order correct. Not only did a salad bowl come with no lettuce…. They also just gave us a bag of chips with none of the guacamole (which we did order separately) and for one of the bowls… which did not have it either.Last time we ordered we found plastic in one of the bowls!!Called to speak with someone and their AI machine said I needed to talk to the delivery service, when it was not the delivery services fault. It is clearly on the staff. I feel bad for the delivery drivers who have to deal with this and if I were a delivery driver I would not pick up orders from this location.I have never left a review before but after the third time of this happening and multiple occasions of going an hour and a half before they close and they have already stopped making certain items (like guacamole) and have closed down.. just is kind of a joke.

Good food- horrible service! So incredibly rude. Went back to try again 9 months later. Still horrible service, millennial girl who worked there complained about me using the bathroom and that she had to clean the toilet because us guys are so disgusting.. hard to make this sh$t up! Oh and this time it cost me almost $63.00 for 3 burritos, 1 bowel, guacamole and 4 drinks.. there prices have gone up allot since the days of $5.99 for a ?

This is the 4th time I’ve had to wait over 25 min (after my online order was supposed to be ready). I would just leave if it wasn’t for the fact that I’ve already payed for my order. The only reason I keep coming back is because it’s close to where I live, but I will no longer be coming back. The reason I switched to online ordering is because I have been stuck in line for longer than half an hour before. And the funny thing was, only like 8 people were in front of me the time it took that long. I just got my order today after waiting over 30 min only to get home and realize they forgot to include my chips for my chips and queso I spent an extra $8 on. I will also add that they constantly run out of selections (sometimes well before closing hours). Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and money.

The restroom is almost always filthy here and even after I mentioned this the woman responsible claimed ignorance even after going to check. Obviously attention to detail is lacking. With all due respect you are not doing your job if you just peek in the door or are blind if you can not see or notice urine all over a toilet and it's seat. This place had been WAY below average on multiple occasions. Also got smaller portions here and avocado guac was spoiled. It can not all be blamed on hyperinflation. The woman who cleans had a nice demeanor. I would just emphasize attention to detail. I realize not everyone has had to adhere to super strict Military level of cleanines. However a filthy restroom is and can be a health hazard. There are virus that can be spread. Several and I'm not talking about WW3 prep flu pysop variety. Most of the food was still palatable. Amazing services from this location. One of the employees , Marcus, was so friendly and smiled the entire time we was there. He was taking orders and cleaning the guest area. The staff was working together as a team . This is an amazing location. The food was hot and fresh. You can tell that they have a great leadership (at least during this shift). 5 stars.

Vegan or Vegetarian customers BEWARE! We have received STEAK mixed in with Sofritas twice from this location. This time I went back to talk to the manager, who shrugged her shoulders and said “sometimes that happens.” She explained that for online orders that are prepared in the back, the steak is located behind the sofritas and bits of steak can fall in there. They know this, yet they don’t fix it. I didn’t get the impression that keeping meat and non-meat separate matters to the leadership at this store.
