I love everything about Chicken Salad Chick. I never thought that there could be so many varieties, but there ARE! I love to have mine with crackers and a side of broccoli salad.....and get this, I don't even like broccoli!! But this is GREAT! This isn't the only location, I've been to several and it is quality food.
Love Chicken Salad Chick! Lots of different flavors of chicken salad to choose from. Staff at this location have always been super friendly and very efficient, restaurant has plenty of tables for dining in, great place of you're in a hurry.
Was in the Franklin area and thought we would eat dinner early and they were closed at 4:00 pm . We love to eat there but they should not be closed at 4 on a Tuesday.
we found this location and completely enjoyed the simple lunch menu. Shared the 3 scoop platter with crackers and it was enough for 2 people. Lunch for 2 was $11.73 what a deal! History of how they started was interesting too!
Food was great. Service was great. Nelson provided great customer service. Restaurant was clean and even though crowded, food was timely
Placed an order for a large fancy Nancy, pimento cheese and pasta salad. Only received the pasta salad initially. Waited 20 minutes before the rest of my order was given to me. Asked the lady if anyone was working on the rest of my order and she said yes, but watched her ask them where the rest of my order was and they said what large pimento and chicken salad… Line was out the door when I got there. Waited over 45 minutes to order. Least that I could have received was my complete order. One gentleman working could have been helping take orders but instead he was just standing around laughing. Business needs help and better hours. Quality of orders should be checked.
Highly frustrating the online ordering no longer works. I called the number on google and on website(which are different) it just rings and rings. I’ve tired today MANY MANY times from 11 am up until 6:30. I gave up. I was just trying to pre-order a A few large containers of different salads for my son’s party I’m doing this week. I can’t get their until after work and was trying to make sure I got his favorites to have at his party. We’ve decided differently now. So sad they lost my business for this event.
I love Chicken Salad Chick but I didn't order this time. We were told they no longer do online ordering only by phone. Some days they don't pick up. Hope they go back to online ordering.

Never eaten chicken salad before and this place was GOOD! Stop by and try it out! Staff was funny, polite, and thorough.
