Stopped in for breakfast at 7:30. Everyone always tells me never eat chick fil a if there isn't a line. But I figured they're just over reacting. The drive thru area looked dingy. Not what I expected at all with all my travels. I placed my order quickly. Made it around the corner to 2 vehicles in front of me. I could hear the truck at the window and the employee just carrying on a conversation. The car between us got fed up and drove off. After 3 more minutes of them talking, I finally hear the customer say they were holding up the line and left. No food exchanged, at least in my view. When I get to the window they are confused because the other person drove off. How can they be so clueless??? I got my food and was on my way. At least it was warm and fresh. But I have learned my lesson to listen to my friends and not go when there is no line.
Unsurprisingly, the customer service is excellent, as expected at Chick-Fil-A. I rarely drive by without seeing a long line in the drive through but any time I visit, the line moves very quickly. I've always had great food.
Unfortunately, my fries were stale as if they were reheated. I took them back, and received 1 that was fresh, the other one stale like the 1st time....I was very disappointed.This happened at Chick-fil-A on Murfreesboro Rd in Franklin Tennessee.

The slowest moving Chick-fil-A I’ve even been to on the face of planet earth. If you have a lot of time to kill swing by the drive thru.Looks very understaffed.

The quick & thoroughness was great. Chicken was juicy & hot. We always enjoy lemonade and sweet tea, so refreshing. Thank you for the great service. We will definitely be back!

I really wanted to give them 5 stars but the past three times we have been there, it has been disappointing. From our meals being wrong and not discovering until we returned home to rude employees (teens) running the pick up window. Since opening, this restaurant has been top notch but we’ve seen it go down in the past month or two.
What's up with this particular Chick Fil A forgetting to put sauces and ketchup in the take out orders? This keeps happening. Let me just say that toddlers don't eat chicken nuggets without sauce. Please do some quality control and make sure the sauce and ketchup and other additions make it in the bag. This is what makes chick fil a what it is! I don't want to pay $40 for fast food to have it snubbed by the kiddos.
