To echo what another reviewer said on here recently- the portions are hardly anything... Also Cava obsessed and Green Hills is a far superior location. I've tried this location three times and all three times portions were so small. Green Hills loads you up! Wouldn't recommend this location. The picture is supposed to be a grains and greens bowl. It’s not even filled half way.
Delicious! My go-to spot for dine in or take out lunch. Staff is friendly and manager, Jimmy always greets me with a friendly smile. Harissa Avocado Bowl and Tahini Caesar Salad are some of my favorites but everything I have tried here has been superb.
The establishment is nice and clean. Prices are what they are for fast food in cool springs. It is a healthy option which Is great. Wasn't a fan of the lamb meatballs, I wish it was sliced like it traditionally is. Overall I would eat here again.
Excited to try Cava based on the recommendation from a family member who lives in DC and loves the Cava restaurant there! We were not disappointed. All of the ingredients were fresh and in stock.My order…Greens/Grains- splendid greens and black lentils, roasted eggplant and (double order)crazy feta, grilled chicken.Toppings- shredded romaine, kalamata olives, cabbage slaw, pita crisps, fire roasted corn, avocado, lentil tabbouleh, salt brined picklesDressing on the side!!!-greek vinaigrette and yogurt dill.The yogurt dill dressings was amazing!Huge portion/ enough to share or have the next day!We ordered on the website with no problems, and our food was ready when we arrived. There was no line and no wait. Hopefully the issues in earlier reviews have been addressed. It’s nice to have a healthy option for fast food in Franklin! We will definitely order from this Cava again soon!
Small amount of food compared to other similar places in area. Forgot the "free" pita bread in the 5 bowls I ordered along with 3 dressings "to be put on the side". Falafel wasn't available. Center piece of Cabbage was in my bowl and barely could bite it. It's eh. Had better.
Not only is the food amazing but Rachel at Cava in Cool Springs went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with quite a large order today. Truly I am beyond impressed and will tell everyone how amazing the customer service is here. Again the food is delicious too but feeling valued as a customer (to me) is so so important! Thank you Rachel at Cava!
Really don’t know why the reviews are so bad. As a vegetarian the food was awesome and fresh and felt so nutritious & filling. They were efficient, friendly, and clean. Def going to be stopping by weekly!
This place has Chipotle vibes but with Greek style food and honestly I like it better. Food is fresh and good and better for you. They have online ordering if the line is long too. The staff at this location has always been helpful, Kathryn helped us out last time we were in and was really friendly. Will definitely be coming back!
