What a wonderful experience at California Pizza Kitchen tonight! It was our first time. Our server John, was so attentive and helpful with the menu. We got the mushroom, pepperoni and sausage pizza, the garlic chicken Alfredo pasta, and the Thai chicken salad. Everything was phenomenal! The manager, lady with short dark hair came to our table to check on us, she was so welcoming and treated us like friends. When you go, ask for John!
I've eaten their frozen pizzas for years and love them! The restaurant was pleasantly more upscale than I expected, with great pizza, and a wonderful drink selection. Definitely will go back and recommend others to try it out!
Another amazing dining experience because of good wait staff!!!! I have to do better with name but our waitress had blue hair....smhLove the Mexican corn?
Food is traditionally consistent California Pizza kitchen food. Restaurant seems a little bit tight and small, but there's a nice bar outside in the shopping center where you can have a beer while others are shopping. Good spot, inside the mall
They expanded and have more tables!! The service is amazing and food is phenomenal!Yes you will wait if you come in after 8am on the weekend and it’s worth the wait. So many Karen’s on here about waiting….it’s not a nasty chain deep fried restaurant. It’s family owned and operated!
Never been here before and wanted to try something besides the food court. We got the margarita pizza and the skillet corn. This was pretty good plus at a reasonable price. Out server was great and service was quick. Will return.
Been here twice and both experiences were not good. Host walks away without saying a word both visits and never comes back to help (it was not busy inside) and I ordered food to go today.I got a Malibu that’s supposed to be covered in greens and other toppings. When I got home they literally just. Gave my bread and cheese….. and one of them had NOTHING on it. I tried to call to see if they could help but they won’t answer the phone. .I will not be coming back. I never write bad reviews but please don’t waste your time here…..
This was our first visit to this location. As Every Restaurant & Business is experiencing Short Staff issues. We were Very Pleased with our server Jon, we ordered the Mushroom, Sausage & Pepperoni pizza… it was delicious! They have a special going on now, take & bake another home for later. We just finished eating our second pizza tonight and it was So Good. Yes, we will definitely be back real soon. Thank You
Honestly I’ll never come back here, the “manager” in the main entry is really rude with the customer, I’ll be here a Sunday at 6pm, the mall was closing, the restaurant was really empty and I was with my family (including 2 baby girls) and the manager included me in a wait list around 45min because she said that everything was reserved! I was respectful with this employee and she only said that she wouldn’t fight with me! I don’t understand her because I never did a discussion, just I thought it was amazing that I should be wait almost one hour in a empty restaurant! I can’t imagine the food if the customer services has this category!
The biggest and largest problem here is management and the hostess. The staff ignore new customers and we watched as people came to the front, were ignored and eventually left without any staff acknowledging their presence. The hostess/manager moves slowly and walks right by customers, she was not friendly or helpful and seems like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. There was only 1 server here on the second time we were here and the hostess/manager should have been assisting the server. I was so shocked at the poor attitude and work ethic displayed. The food and service are fine once you are ACTUALLY and FINALLy seated. However, I have never seen such a lack in training or poor management in a restaurant like this. Dear owner, please come and check on or train your staff at this location to greet new customers, tell them they will be attended to and then serve them. You are losing business through these poor business practices. Fix this and I will gladly change your rating to something that closely reflects the decent quality of your food and serving staff.
