I have never been disappointed at this restaurant. The food is always delicious. This is the place I want to dine at first when I travel to Franklin.

I have attached a picture of what they call pimento cheese. That should say enough for itself. The food was not worth the wait and the house made ketchup was… interesting at best. (Definitely not a fan)I was upgraded to a wheat bun without being asked and that only added to the dryness of my food. They seemed under staffed or unorganized. The bar was packed and the bartender Faith had the entire bar top (full) and her tables. We spent 10 minutes with empty plates before she was able to get us out of there. The experience would have been more enjoyable if we would have been asked if our food was okay when it came out or even shortly after as we needed drinks and other items. Im glad she did give us water with our tea bc we did not get refills until the end of our meal. I don’t think this is her fault but management needs to rearrange or hire more staff.

This place was so bad it was surprising. The waitress was so rude to us, we were being polite and not difficult. My entire table had dry burger patties, not an ounce of moisture. My burger was weirdly dry and spicy, but the burger I ordered did not have any indication that it would be hot. I think they over seasoned their burgers in a rush and then cooked them for way too long. I only ate half of the burger. The fries weren’t great and the Mac n cheese bites were ok at best. They were served with honey mustard which was really weird and did not pair together at all. Not to mention the prices were ridiculous for what we were served.

My wife and I ate here after this restaurant opened years ago, but I decided to take my kids this past week. The young people who served us were top notch and friendly. Though the burgers on the menu sounded delicious, they ended up being OK. Maybe I was too hungry at the time that I expected more than was reasonable. I've got to brag, though, about their sweet potato fries and the sauce that came with it. Delicious!

Best thing about this place was the service .. Really sweet kids working there that were super friendly. But the burgers are cooked med well (ruined) unless you specify otherwise.. My husbands burger was so overdone and dry . Just sad . The fries were ok . I had fried mushrooms which were a special and pretty good . But take my word and save yourself the calories and frustration.. and just go to Burger Dandy !!!!

My wife and I - and a few days later, some friends and we - enjoyed this greatly. On both visits, the outside seating was available and preferred.

Amazing food!! Our waitress, Amber, was the best! And for anyone with a peanut allergy, they do not have any peanuts (except for their oil but it’s completely refined and I had no problems with my severe allergy. ?) We will definitely be coming back!

The staff is so kind! The hostess sat us and 2 minutes later came back to get our drink order because our server was busy taking the order of a party of 12. We were well taken care of up until our order was taken. They were so busy at 11:30 that the servers were in the weeds and we were forgotten about easily. I get it though, everywhere is short staffed. The food was pretty good, although the burger meat itself doesn’t have much flavor. I’m sure I would have liked it more if I didn’t get mine plain with cheese. The fries came out cold, but that’s probably because they were done well before the burgers were. All in all this place has potential, just needs to work on some time management as far as staff goes. Oh, it was also FREEZING in there. I was wearing a jacket and I was still cold.

Burger Up Has Fallen From Glory. At one time they were the only Burger place worth talking about. Amazing juicy burgers, truffle fries (before everyone else), great drinks and atmosphere. After the owners split and one ended up passing on(RIP) it was never the same. Over cooked and over seasoned burgers is basically it now. The drink menu and house ketchup are the only thing worth writing about. We still enjoy coming here because of the nostalgia but the our go to burger place is now Burger Republic. We are willing to drive past Burger Up because a Well Done over-seasoned burger (tastes like meatloaf) is not what we want anymore.

Looking for a gourmet burger this is the spot! Really high quality meat that’s advertised as farm to table. It’s a very friendly and relaxed environment that is family friendly. They have a pretty decent tap selection as well. Pair the burger with truffle fries and a milk shake and you won’t be disappointed!
