There was only one worker and I was behind 5 cars and not one car moved in 30 min. I'm serious. I think the staff may have just walked out or the one guy didn't care. If there was proper management, then they should have had a manager or staff come out and explain the situation, but nothing!! Infact we pulled out of the line and so did others while we waited. And a other guy actually got out of his vehicle in distress and had to turn off his vehicle because it was running out of gas. Normally the place is pretty good. But not this day. I had to give a review, good or bad.
Worst Burger King ever. Took forever to pick up my online order. Nobody moving at even a regular pace, let alone quickly. Very very slow and inattentive. I think I could have gone into a full service restaurant, sat down, ordered, and eaten in the time it took me to pick up an online order.
I come here to get breakfast before work. They are speedy and always get my order right. The only thing is the tater tots don't taste good. However I'm ok with it because of the service is so good.
Best location to get a Burger. Directly across from cool springs galleria. Foods always fresh and friendly smiles.
7:45 10/26/21 - The staff is not customer friendly. It would be nicer for your leadership to be able to have good public relation and communication skills. The woman in front of me asked for something and they just brushed her off because they didn’t have what she wanted. There wasn’t any empathy or problem solving in order to better serve the customer. Once they got her order, they didn’t address me at all. I waited long enough to make the decision that I should just leave. I’m a fairly patient person; I don’t mind waiting, but at least show that you know I’m there and that you’ll get to me when you can. Simply acknowledging the customer will go a long way, just saying.
They were very kind and friendly when my family and I went into their store and gave great customer service! we will definitely be going back in the future
Severely understaffed and disorganized. 30 minutes to get food and was cold. Very sad!
Hey, they got my order right and the restroom was clean. That right there gets a fast food place 5 stars. Added bonus - they had one of those touch screen drink dispensers with all the interesting flavors.
