Not that impressed. My wings were tough and dried out. Not even warm. This was my 2nd visit and both times were equally bad. Probably won't be back.
We have never felt so humiliated!!! We just left this place very disappointed!We walked in on a Saturday 10pm the restaurant was empty!!!! Mind you they close at 12am!There was 30 of us, I made sure to walk in first before anyone else and make sure there was room for us. As the servers were deciding where to put us (the whole middle section was empty but ONE table ) we noticed they were having a hard time and eye rolling. After waiting a good while we asked if we could please be seated we didn’t understand what the issue was. The server told us “I’ll work with you if you work with us, we are waiting for this ONE table to leave so we can sit you guys because we already cleaned that other section”Your whole restaurant is Empty!!!!! And you don’t want to sit us at one section because you are too lazy to clean it again? (Even when we offered to help clean after ourselves) And instead you are making us wait for that ONE table to leave !!!! Just Wow!!! Unbelievable!!! Franklin Buffalo Wild Wings you just lost what would have been a $500 + ticket because your employees were too lazy to sit us and re-clean a section, when your restaurant didn’t close for another 2 hours! …… Never again ! Poor management and very poor service!
Got a 10 piece medium boneless wings as takeout. They forgot the celery. I ordered from my phone and app stalled at payment. So I attempted payment again so they would fill my order. As you would guess, they billed me twice. Fortunately, they caught it and only charged me once. The dine in area is definitely an after work unwind type place. Plenty to do if you are looking to blow off some steam or hang out with the boys. Parking isn't too bad. Plenty of spots and easy to drive around in. The food is decent value for the price. Tastes great if you are wanting some wings. The staff were nice and did their best to help. I think the kitchen could use some training though. I will return again because the food is good but only if I have the patience to deal with issues, which I will plan on. Not my first choice, but still a choice for good food.
One of the best service restaurants in all of Florence. Servers are well trained and timely. Manager makes sure everything runs smooth which it does. Very nice bar area. Very clean. I cant say enough.
The food has been pretty good lately, and some of the sauces are nearly addicting, however it has rarely been a pleasant time picking up the food.The takeout desk turns in to a terrible bottleneck and seems pretty frantic when it is busy. Picking up wings togo on a busy night was a really bad time and the girls working the desk appeared to receive no help. My review is based solely on picking up food to go, not dining in.
I love B dubs.. usually. Although you already pay a 1 dollar “takeout fee”, if you want your food warm, be sure to tip them for bringing it out to your car! Oh wait, they don’t do that. I didn’t leave a tip and my order was completely cold, just 5 minutes after walking out of the door…. Definitely will not be going back here again.
Wings are so delicious and the staff is always so polite. Love the atmosphere and the trivia game you can play through the app. Highly recommend this location.
The waiter would rather stand in the corner of the bar and talk instead on taking orders. We waited 15 minutes before he even came to the table and took a order. We sat in the bar area, on the high top tables.
Our waitress was great. The food was hot when it came out, but not exactly as ordered. The wings did not have enough sauce on them and had to be sent back. We also requested a booth and was told that the area was closed; however, another family came immediately after us and was allowed to sit in that same area. Other than that, it was okay.
