I had never heard of this place until I searched for inexpensive healthy fast food, and Brown Bag popped up. I met my sister in law and little nephew here, and we all had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious AND arrived quickly to our table, which was a good thing, since we were super hungry! Excited to come back, maybe even for takeout when I'm in a hurry again.
Overall, great food and easy order experience. Had the Buffalo chicken tacos with mashed potatoes and sautéed veggies with sweet chili sauce. Only mark against the place is cleanliness. Paint needs touched up on benches, drink station area and bathrooms. Also, there was coolers with what looked like leftover food debris by the bathroom which is gross….?. Clean your coolers after they’re used…..?.
Absolutely the worst service. The manager of the store was rude and indignant. I ordered my food through a delivery service ( off Brown Bags website) and when the food didn't show up, I called to ask what happened. I was told to come pick up my food, so I did. 30 mins later my food arrived at my location. When I called back to let the Brad the manager know who tried to tell me his name was Charlie after he became rude, he said "so what do you want me to do about it". If he would have kept his adolescent mouth closed and allowed me to speak, he would have learned that I called to inform them of their communication issues between them and their delivery company because it was clear that they were clueless.
Delicious and fresh....Great healthy food for a fast lunch... or to go.
Popped in to try something different. We were pleasantly surprised! Simple, tasty, and affordable!

My daughter works out everyday and eats a strict meal plan. We started ordering the chicken pan for her meal prep as a referral from someone on her team and we are both addicted. It’s has wonderful flavor and sometimes we're lucky enough to get a pan that’s got crusty charred edges. Yum.
