I usually visit this location with my toddler on late nights after work for his chicken nuggets & fries to make his night and our ride home much smoother. Today, I was highly disappointed as I sat at the drive through speaker for at least 10 minutes and then eventually drive up to the window to attempt to order his happy meal.Sadly, all I got was awkward stares as there was a sign that said closed at 8pm due to staffing but it was barely past 5pm. I am always happy with my service and food on every other visit, but this definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. My toddler fussed all of the way down the street to Wendy’s. Smh
I work directly across the street from this place. I walked across busy Route 96 at least one time and as many as three times a week. I bought myself and sometimes my co-workers food. I used to treat my boss to cookies because everyone needs a good cookie once in a while.That ended today. I walked across busy Route 96 and Thunk! both entrance doors to the lobby were locked. There was a customer in a booth eating food while the doors were locked.I went to the drive through window as was told the dining room was closed. I said "Umm .. someone is in there eating" and was told they're too short staffed to help drive through and dining room.If there was no one in the dining room I would have accepted that. As there was - they obviously value that person more than me and the (since I started working across the street) at least 18 times I've been there. My dollars can be spent elsewhere.Arby's - you had the meats.
Drive through is open later in our town, so that was nice - we were able to swing through on an especially hard, late night.The options are varied which is nice, but sometimes you just need a little rubbery roast beef in your life. And don't forget those curly fries.
Times are hard for everyone ARBYS. TONIGHT WE GOT REFRIGERATED BEEF N CHEDDAR. ABSOLUTELY GROSS. FRIES WERE COLD CHEESE STICKS WERE REALLY COLD.THE FRIES WERE COLD AS WELL.WHO SERVES PEOPLE THAT TYPE OF FOOD? WE ARE DONE AND PLAN ON SPREADING THE WORD.ITS RIDICULOUS. NEVER AGAIN. YOU NEED TO CLOSE THAT FUNKY PLACE. DO YOU LIKE COLD RUBBERY ROAST BEEF.SHAMEFUL.
It's Arby's - but the team here works well together and has always been helpful. My favorite Arby's!
The food is great but the infrastructure around it causes inefficient flow of traffic when several cars come at once.
3.5 - 4.0 stars. Presentation 5.0, French Dip 5.0, extremely salty fries (for the second time in a row) 2.5 stars
Went to the drive thru and they said order when you’re ready and we said ok. they then continued to yell order when your ready three more times when we still needed a minute. they were unbelievably rude and we won’t return.
Fries not good at all curling fries more like little piece's of curl fries mac and cheese ?? over cooked and the cheese tasted bad.
UpdateNot much change the masks were store bought and those cooking had gloves now but the cashier did not know masks should cover noses also. Food was good and out fast eat in now possible and drive through at 1pm moved along I have given them another star. Due to improved safety2021 review. ExpiredNothing.special here. It is VERY hard to get into when heading west on route 96 murpheys boro road. It is also. Ery jard to get out of when you exit to go in either direction.Not one person on the crew had cloves on ( i ate inside and could see 4 crew members)The members all had masks from home . The mask on the cashier was a neckerchief and looked filthy.The food did come fast at the peak of.lumch time,butI am not coming here again for a long long time
