I ordered a Cajun chicken club meal, this is normally my favorite but however the last two times the chicken is real burnt and maybe 5 fries if I'm lucky.. Definitely not worth the $11 the meal comes to!!
Per the sign on the window, I'm leaving a review to hopefully receive a chicken nibbler.I didn't expect to eat a salad whose contents were not properly washed before the food prep. After eating Zaxby's House salad, I expected to feel normal, however, the salad with the bad lettuce, and unwashed tomatoes, gave me a 24 hour stomach bug. Especially during these times of Covid, the last thing I would expect to get sick from would be food poisoning from a chicken fast food chain.
My only meal of the day ended up being the worst thing I could have ever consumed!!! I knew from the moment the cook slammed my salad down with pieces of lettuce hanging out of the box that this was not going to be a good experience. The spicy fried mushrooms were full of grease and within an hour I was extremely sick. I spent the entire night vomiting!!! I suspect that they were not fresh or had not been properly stored!!!
Very efficient store. A young lady Jennifer was very helpful and brought us out an item they had forgotten. Nice clean store. Well groomed employees.
We hadn't been in a long time and I missed their I believe they're called sliders but not sure either way they were so good you only get one side with them so I got the French fries and a side of their slaw yummy!!!
Zaxby's house (chicken) salad is so good. I get this once a week through the drive thru window. There's usually this same guy there and he's friendly and helpful. Once I ordered an extra slice of bread and he suggested that I get the order that has 3 slices because it would be a better price. He makes sure all of my order is in the bag. It's just a real good salad. Fresh lettuce always. The grilled chicken has been marinated in something wonderful. I highly recommend their salad. It's perfect everytime.
The salad was very poor quality, not at all like I have always had many times in the past. The waiter seemed clueless about any thing I asked himI am so disappointed
This place has really improved! They work really hard. You can sound when you come in.
It was a lovely lunch out! We parked and ordered inside, as the drive thru was ridiculously long. There were many good things: the employees were very polite and patient with each order and good about cleaning the tables. The inside was fairly spacious and clean as I mentioned, definitely great for a dining in. Some things to also be cautious about: we had to wait a fairly long amount of time from when we ordered our food initially (about a 20 minute wait I believe). It seemed they were more attentive to the drive thru customers than the customers who dined in. Also, if you are eating indoors, the self serve refreshment machine wasnt mostly out of service (but the staff graciously stated they would grab what the coca cola machine was out of from the drive thru drink fountain). All in all, it's a wonderful time (if you have the patience for it), the food was amazing (as always). I reccomend trying the Zaxby's Signature Chicken Sandwich. If you love their Zax Sauce and chicken sandwiches as much as I do, its definitely worth the try!
The staff is doing an excellent job. This location, like many others are operating on a skeleton crew. The line and wait time is long, but the service and food is excellent! Please understand the crew is working hard, doing the best they can.
