Ordered 3 JR. bacon cheeseburgers (Fresh beef, Applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, and mayo) instead I received a cold cheeseburger with bacon, onions, pickle and ketchup. I am definitely unsatisfied and did not even bother going back in getting it replaced because they were completely disorganized and behind on orders. It was interesting watching them as if they were confused the entire time. (Only gave it 3 stars, could have been less, but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that this staff is new and still being trained)

They moving very slow do to staff shortage I'm thinking but 15 minutes is tooo long just to wait on a #1 but once I got my order it was well worth the wait.. I must say that the server that were making the burger really did do a great jobworking alone preparing 5 orders at one time. And still able to fix the sandwich just the way a sandwich should look & taste. Now I must say I've been here before but this time I was well pleased with my meal.... keep up the wonderful work young lady..... lunch hour usually be very busy anyway.. bottom line you can hold your own.
waited like 15 minutes just to order.another 10 to get food.lady in front looks like she on something..will never stop here again.dirty everywhere can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.just stopped to aste my time here basically
It was okay. My spicy nuggets were old but my fries were good and fresh.
Nifty little mementos for your road trip, plus snacks, drinks, and my personal favorite Cinnabon. People are very nice, or there's self checkout if you don't feel like talking.
Being a night shift worker, I used to stop by here on my way home when I didn't have enough time to eat at work. I was surprised to see the renovations they made to the drive through and thought this would definitely improve things. Nope. If it's night time, don't bother trying to use the drive through, EVER. They constantly put a concrete block in front of the entrance to their drive-thru making it impossible for anyone who needs to swing by quickly to pick up food and head home. Not sure if the drive-thru is open during the day but I wouldn't even bother trying if I were you. I haven't been able to get anything through the drive-thru at night since last year, and they have renovated in that time. Why would you spend all that money to improve a section you're never going to use?
I really enjoyed my fresh chicken nuggets & especially the service because even though they were short staffed,Vita & kattie we're on the ball.Great Job!!!
When you eat the burger you can feel everything just perfect，I wish next time I can get the same one
