You would think being a chain restaurant that the food would be the same if not close to other restaurants no matter where they are. Not the case here. I live in Michigan and the Sonic up here isn't as good as the ones in the south. I haven't eaten at this one in over 20 years but I got my usual and it was as good as I remember. Plus the staff was super nice.
Our meals were good. Except my son and I ordered sweet tea and after we left ended up finding out it was unsweet.
Does anyone actually manage this location or is it just employees doing whatever they want? It's gotten increasingly worse. It doesn't matter when you go, you're served cold food with long long waits even with three cars in the stalls.
Always very nice, & the food is always hot! I love their Cherry Limeade ? & Strawberry Limeade ?! Been getting those two drinks since I was like 5 years old ?
I love the ice so much I purchased an ice machine that makes the same ice!Sonic is good for a quite bite or dinner for the family
I order from here at least 3 times a week. Everything from the food preparation to the customer service in the drive thru is wonderful! Even if they are short staffed, the employees are always in a great mood and this place runs smoothly.
My family and I stopped in for a late lunch early supper, and the service and speed were on point!
We have stopped using this Sonic. It is worth the extra 7-8 minutes to the one at the interstate. I know they are short staffed, but multiple times (after waiting at least 30 minutes), our order has been wrong. A month ago, I even had to call two times and then the second time, they hung up on me! I am an avid Sonic person, so we give our business to the other one in town, or the one in McEwen.
Grabbed a few cokes to drink on the way to Nashville. Quick and refreshing. Nothing bad, nothing great. Just a good ole average visit to sonic. Friendly staff and usually pretty quick except when the madness of happy hour hits.
I understand being short staffed but what I don’t understand is the amount of attitude you get when you placed an order through the app half an hour before and then wait for twenty minutes and buzz in to check if the order is still in? No I’m sorry no it’ll be just a few minutes just “I’ll have it out now” and the feed cut off? What’s the point of using the app if I’m still waiting twenty minutes or longer to get the order? What’s the point of the app telling you to arrive at a certain time if it’s never ready by that point?Edited to add it took an additional 10 minutes after me buzzing in to get my food and my food was already cold
