The carpeted floors are so sticky that the soles of our shoes stuck to it briefly as we walked! I feel the food is way overpriced considering the stark presentation.The waiter was profesional and accomidating.
The service was fine, if a little slow. Our server was attentive, took care to make our kids feel included, and made sure we were taken care of. The kids had chicken strips with fries and broccoli. Their food was OK. I had the appetizer combo as my meal. Chicken nuggets, chips and spinach dip, and mozzarella sticks. The dip was freezer burned, the mozzarella sticks also tasted old. The nuggets and chips were fine. My wife had chicken mac and cheese. The cheese sauce was broken and the chicken was really pretty awful. Her food was pretty much inedible.We had drinks, a house margarita and an island type drink. They were fine.The feel of the place was just tired and sad.There are other options. We'll try those.2/5 - if it's your only option, you'll get food. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
Traveling through and stopped at this Ruby Tuesday's. We ordered the new chicken sandwich and the street nachos, both items were good and plentiful as we took half of them with us. Recommend NOT sitting in the bar area as the conversations the bartender and staff was having with patrons at the bar could easily be heard. And for the first time, we had our order taken from the computer screen not at our table. Sitting outside of the bar area is recommended.
We were traveling through Tennessee and stopped for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. If I could rate this restaurant any lower than a one star I would. The service was the worst I ever had at a restaurant. The waiter could not get anything right. The food came out in piecemeal fashion one dish at a time over the course of about 15 minutes. The checkout check was all wrong but we just wanted to get out and back on the road. I would definitely avoid this restaurant.
Most horrible experience ever. Very slow, everything was wrong. Could not even get the drink orders correct. Several food items were not available. Very dirty. Was just passing through on a road trip and stopped for lunch that end up taking 3 hours with horrible service.
Our waitress was sweet. We got our food pretty fast. Everything was good.
I came here one evening for a night cap. The lady at the bar was nice and the drink was decent. The place is just not very appealing to me, maybe to some, but for me, I find it gross, sticky and outdated. Their food selection isn't what I prefer either. In fact, I wanted dessert, but all they had were heavy, big desserts. Any way, I might stop in for a drink, but that's about it.
I have been here quite a few times. Salad bar is always fresh with plenty of options. Our waiter was excellent, Trevor I believe his name was. We will be back.
Nice atmosphere, able to talk without shouting, delicious salmon and sides and attentive server, despite the fact the restaurant was very busy??????
Waitress was fantastic. Food was good but was definitely not cooked to the preferred wellness aside from that was a nice dinner.
