This Penn Station is super clean and the sandwiches are delicious. I should of gotten the lady’s name before leaving. She was scrubbing baseboards and walls and she was so friendly and thanked us for coming in.
From the moment I walked in, this place had 5stars. The service, food, and cleanliness was top of the line. Honestly have no idea why someone would not like this place.
Food is always good here. Prices are a little high, but it's way better than cheaper sub shops.
Wow. What a great place to eat.Everything was delicious and soooooo fresh. They opened at 10:30 am with freshly baked bread. I had the turkey, bacon, ranch sub on the fabulous multi grain sub roll.Absolutely delicious with every ingredient being perfect. I had the fresh squeezed lemonade.... no powders or concentrate..... DELISH. The cookie, which I ate later because I was full after eating the sub, was wonderful.I will definitely eat here again on my next trip to Dixon.
Half the order was incorrect, bread was stale, and the fries are flavorless. Save your money.
First time ever at a Penn Station East Coast Subs. Was not disappointed. The food was wonderful, a nice hot sandwich when it's cold outside. It was comforting. Stephanie was wonderful taking our order and giving my 78 year old father the patient that we don't always get. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. 5 out of 5 would recommend. Ask for Stephnie

I only enjoyed the fries. Went twice and each time very disappointed and very overpriced. Won't be back.
