They don't even deserve one star. I have never had papa John's pizza before. My wife had a coupon to get a large all meat pizza I figured I'd give it a try. I don't like saying it but it was the worst pizza I've ever had. The sauce and the cheese barely made it out to the edge of the pizza. And as far as meat goes whatever meat was on the pizza Was put smack dab in the middle and it was probably maybe a handful if that. I really have never seen a pizza look and taste that bad before in my life. They need to get somebody in there that knows how to make a pizza. At least put sauce and cheese on it.
I ordered pizza at 7:12 & still no pizza, no phone calls taken, I just want a refund!
Must have new prices & even if you ask under new store management huge refusal for any discount 2 papadias that cost $18 ridiculous.
Ordered $80 worth of food for my daughters birthday 3 days in advance. My husband shows up to get our order and it turns out someone has canceled it. No reason given and no phone call to let us know. No having to wait for the food to be made and going to get ti the party late because of it. So unprofessional. Ill spend my money elsewhere for our next party.
I've personally never had a bad experience from Papa John's. The delivery has never been over 25mins, and my order has always been correct. I was a Dominos fan for awhile, but my timed orders are ALWAYS late (future order placed at 10:30am, to be delivered at noon. I received the pizza at 1:15) and they either miss half my toppings, don't answer the phone or my pizza isn't cut. ?♂️. Papa John's will be my staple for future business!!! Epic cheese stuffed crust with extra pepperonis and salomi. ?
Ordered online at 7:17, got a notification saying it was ready 25 minutes later. I show up to the store and somehow my pizza was “lost”. Total waste of an hour. Thanks papa johns.
Place doesn't even deserve 1 star! Worse running pizza place I've ever seen. Blame it on the management for having only 1 person making pizzas, taking orders and doesn't know what he is doing. You have a call center for a pizza place!! Not only do you charge me 2x's for one pizza, it never gets delivered. Then you tell me you can't refund my $$ cause you don't know how, and says my manager will be here in 3days then she can refund it. That's not how that should works. So pizza never comes, I come to the store and then it shows I got only half my $$ back, you say I have to wait til the store closes to get the rest!! And I never received any pizza, only wanted 1, and got charged for 2. Worse Papa Johns ever. I'll never do business here again!
Ordered a pizza online found it on the walk about 2hrs later. Barely warm, sitting by the door and no knock. Very lousy service.
Terrible customer service. Placed a large order for a recovery center and one of the pizza looked to have been dropped. Store does not answer calls. Just wanted pizza replaced but it seems to be a buy (& tip) at your own risk.
Papadia was no bigger than a cheeseburger from McDonald’s , got the Shaq a roni pepperoni pizza, this nothing more than a large pizza. The taste for what we had was good, not great. Guess it’s back to Marcos Pizza.
