Could not make 3 separate orders from one vehicle. Said we had to circle back around for 3rd order. Did so and they got order wrong, lied about saying they read back the order to confirm. Refused to correct order at window and was told to circle back around. Then after circling back through drive through 3 times because asked to refused to take our order for being “rude” and was asked to leave drive through. There was a vehicle in front of us so we couldn’t leave drive through until they went through. Due to this we were threatened with the police because we were still in the drive through which wasn’t our choice we were stuck in line. Service terrible. To top it all off the order that was messed up was missing the second kids pack. One kid had their lunch and the other had to get something different completely. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Ordered online. And they still got my order wrong and missing a entrée. It appears correct on receipt. And the food tastes mediocre at best. And they messed up a kids meal. No juice or apple slices. Only one semi pleased is my lovely forgiving wife. Only thing wrong with hers is she ordered rice and got noodles. The noodles are not good at all.

We have family between Nashville and Dickson, and the ladies in the group needed something from a retail store in Dickson. After shopping for an inordinate amount of time we found ourselves famished at dinner time and passing this Panda Express. It's a stand-alone building with new, modern aesthetics and looked to be clean with an appealing aroma wafting from its kitchen vents. We made the split second decision to pull in and order food for the group. In retrospect, that was a mistake.They gave us the wrong bags of food. When we realized and called, they took our information and told us to come back for a replacement. When we were able to get back the following week, we were told there was no note or any record of our situation. Not only that, but not one staff member was understanding or empathetic to the fact that we've now paid for food we didn't get, and driven the 45 minutes twice, unnecessarily, and waited for 25 minutes for a manager to assist. There was no store manager, but the GM (who wasn't there), Giovanni, was reached by phone and I spoke to him. I explained the situation, but not only was he unwilling to do ANYTHING about it, but he was aggressively rude about it, and told me it was my fault for not having the receipt. Who keeps fast food receipts even if you WERE given one?? They had record of this incident, I know they did, because my phone call was noted, as well as someone else getting the food that WE paid for. We were told on the phone to "just come in" and that it'd be taken care of.Unfortunately for Giovanni, I'm retired with lots of free time, and I'm going to call corporate every day until Giovanni faces the accountability he is so deserving of.

My wife really likes their orange chicken. Three servings under $12 is awesome and a extra container. I'm not a fan of Chinese food but theirs is pretty good.

Bad really bad, we both became sick at our stomachs, stayed sick for at least 3 days it's been a little over a week now and we are still having some stomach issues. The rice was not cooked fully and after taking two bites my lips were covered with oil, it also had something like gritty in it like they had put sand in it!I don't know what it was.We have decided to never eat there again, just thinking about it makes me sick !!!!

We drove 35 minutes to order 2 family meals. We were told that they weren't cooking anymore and didn't have enough for us?! Really! They don't close til 9:00pm, and we were there at 7:15pm. Will be the last time there.

My husband and I stopped by the other day to eat. My best friend said it was great. So we did. We got mushroom chicken with rice, beef broccoli with rice. Both real good flavor. Vege low mein and egg rolls. Again, the flavor was real good. Our only complaint is the rice to main dish ratio. It was like 2 cups rice to 1/2 cup main food. We'll still go back, but I think I'll check my bowl before I leave. Thanks and have an awesome day.

Terrible service multiples times of coming here. Numerous times I have gotten my order wrong. Another time i asked for rice 3 hours before closing. I was told they finished making rice for the night and they would not be making more. A whole other time I did an online mobile order. Got there 15 mins later and my order was not prepared and had to wait 10 mins for them to make chicken. Unacceptable

BAD FOOD BAD SERVICE!!!!!! January 4th 2022 at about 3:00 pm we went threw drive threw at Panda Express in Dickson. No one was In Line except us. After we ordered and paid they had us to pull around to the front and wait about 15 minutes they didn’t give us all the food we ordered. The broccoli that was in our dinners was nothing but large stems that had been microwaved so tuff we couldn’t eat it. Very little steak and the gravy was like grease. They are very over priced. We paid for the large plates and got medium. We will never never be a customer there again or we will not recommend them to anyone. But will tell about our experience there.
