I was disappointed because we got in that long line and we're 10 min. late to get a sausage and biscuit. I thought they served those all day. Went to Sonic and got one. It was really good.
Very friendly and very clean, for a truck stop location! Order was hot and fresh, and in my hands very fast. Unusually great experience with this particular chain.
I felt like I was in a McDonald's commercial. The guy working the counter was super-friendly and helpful. The food looked photograph-ready, and it was hot and fresh. Not a single soggy fry in my carton. On top of it all, it was late-ish on Valentine's Day. Very impressed!
Ordered a #2C fries were not hot and only slightly fresh out the fryer. Hamburger was just ok, staff was average friendly. It’ll do. There’s room for improvements. ?
I was given a load to pickup in Columbus and upon arrival on time place was closed for holiday hours, I was informed that I would receive detention pay for this by Frankie(night dispatch) I never got it, I also did a truck recovery and was told I would get $100 for doing it and got 81.00 and after deducting I got nothing, I basically got ripped off from Frayley and Schilling…by far worse company because they don’t keep there word. If I could they would get negative 5 stars. I will never recommend anyone to them because they don’t keep their word and rip people off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great experience from last night 12-21-22 we are costumer 275 and a guy taking all the orders named Alex caught our attention because in all of the States that we've went he is the most polite, most kind and most professional employee we've ever observed. All of them are doing a great job but Alex really stands out and we can tell his enjoying his job. Good job Mcdonalds we hope this young man finds a future in management someday within your company.
Place was nice and the food was good. Better than some of the rest I've stopped at.
Better than most McDonald's, hot fresh food and not the see through beef patties like in Columbus, OH
Their prices have gone up but of course my children are going to McDonald's just wish they could be a little faster sometimes. Haven't had any problems with my order being wrong though so that is a huge Plus!
