A little frustrated that their cashier had to wear a mask while still standing behind a huge plexiglass barrier... he was a nice young man, but it was impossible to understand anything he said.Even the airlines no longer require a mask - ridiculous that McDonald's does.Also, the "large" order of fries turned out to be about 3/4 of the cardboard container - for a $2.89 price
Love pulling up to an empty drive through and get radio silence at the order station. Then someone else pulls up in the other lane and gets their order taken immediately before mine. Great customer service! ?Whoever designed these 2 lane drive throughs should get an award as well.
The order taker made our order wrong cause she didn't understand what we were asking for. Everyone who received their order before us had something wrong with it and we get to the car and realize they didn't give us Jim's shake so he had to go back in.The workers in the back were very loud. One qas talking about their water breaking and having back labor, one was talking about her sister being hired at another McDonald's.
Their entire menu is overpriced and they do not have coordination on their side. Had to repeat my order 4 times to 2 different people and still didn't get it right. Now my order wasn't complicated so I was even more frustrated due to the lack of attention
Large french fry $4.05!!! Thank goodness for the McDonald's app. but not everybody is capable of using an app.Service was great!
I had my husband stop by there on his way home from work today to get the family some shamrock shakes for saint patrick's day... He ordered 7 large shakes. When he got home and we took them out of the 2 drink carriers, we noticed that all the mint was at the bottom and they didn't seem to be mixed AT ALL! For about $30 I feel very disappointed!
We dropped by on our way out of town the cashier overcharged us for our order and when we got the order everything we ordered wasn't in the bag. We went inside for a refund on the items we were charged for that we didn't order and the manager was rude. She kept rolling her eyes and made us go back out to the car and bring the order back in so she could check it. Which is fine but she started throwing our food around in the bag so when we got it back out to the car everything was unwrapped and a mess. Not how you want to start your day, if you want McDonald's literally any other one is better.
I came here for a coffee after traveling a long distance because I was really in need for a bit of caffeine. Generally McDonald's has great coffee. Not this time...On this trip the coffee literally tasted like burnt garbage. They must not have brewed any in a while. To make matters worse, the staff did not offer me cream or sugar and, upon asking, they rationed me 4 creams and 4 sugars for my LARGE coffee.Next time I'll go somewhere else
Good fast service. Good food. Clean restroom.nice personnel.
