Gave me wrong drinks ask for 2 Dr peppers gave me coke wanted a triple cheese burger with no onions I got a triple with 3 pickles no mustered no ketchup and the fries tast like they were cooked yesterday you want $15 a hour but you can't make a simple order with fresh food I will not be going back to McDonald's again this is by far the worst fast food I have ever had on top of that the food was cold that my 4yr old daughter would not even eat it if I could give a 0 star rating I would
The employees are always very nice. Food is sometime hot sometime cold. McDonalds charges plenty for their food on mathis drive so they need to repair the outside menu. Does not come up half of the time. It has been like that for months.
Long line. Cashier was rude at first but then smiled. Not sure how the food was because I got home to realize I had been given the food for the man behind behind me (I heard him order). Order was a spicy order that I do not eat so it was thrown out. Too far to return for a correction.
Waited in line for 20 minutes placed my order they wanted to give part of my order and pull up and wait on the rest I said I would like to have all my food together so it will all be hot they refuse to do that when I pulled up I waited another 15 minutes before they brought me the rest.I asked for a refund they were rude very rude. Then it took them another 15 minutes for my refund they thought it was funny I did not had a toddler waiting to eat.

I came through at 2 am and I am not v pleased with this location. The gentleman who took my order was very nice, but the fries were actually musty tasting and I found a long hair in my burger. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend
Really bad service. They got our order wrong and was told we would have to go back through the drive thru to correct it. What kind of customer service is that?
Fill up the cups for the specialty drinks. Purchased a large latte only 1/2 filled after foam settled. Would have been better off buying a small.
I put an order through mobile app. I checked into my spot upon arrival. I waited 15 min and notice my app said it had been completed, however, I still waited thinking maybe they were on their way out. another 5 min passed so I decide to go inside to check. I stood there for nearly 20 minutes before even being acknowledged! Manager on duty saw me there but totally ignored me for 20 min before asking if I was the mobile order (the only one the whole time I was there). Horrible service!!
Absolutely horrible... I waited in line over 35 min... when she finally took my order she was rude & very short with me... if u dont like ur job .. dont work w/ ppl we dont deserve this... I very kindly asked for my fries 2 b golden brown & they were barely cooked... I asked for extra big mac sauce & basically had a dry burger... sweet tea was the only thing worth while...
