Hands down, favorite pizza chain. I was so excited to see marcos open here in dickson, as I loved it up north! Service is great and pizza is always yummy.

awful service. employees need to pay attention. I have ordered several times and they seem to never get it right. I'm done ordering from Marco's. the worst customer service. called in a pizza, get there and waited 15 minutes and find out they gave my pizza to door dash guy. time before I went in an ordered left to go to store come back 15 minutes later and they forgot to fix my pizza. so I waited on that and got no compensation for the wait or trouble. I've ordered many times and about every other time my order has been wrong. and again no compensation for my time or trouble. all I got was "I'm sorry ". I don't recommend Marco's Pizza

The driver went the opposite direction of my apartment, so we waited over 45 minutes for two sandwiches! My steak and cheese sub was very dry.
