We sat for 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. We waited over an hour to get our food. Our mashed potatoes were gross. They tasted like instant mashed potatoes. The salad came with so much dressing it was like ranch soup with a sprinkling of lettuce. I get that places are short staffed but that was clearly not the case here. They had a lot of people on the floor and not very many customers. I would not recommend. ?
Everything was off tonight . The rolls were under cooked, my ribeye reminded me of Golden Corral steak, the kid’s cheeseburger was way over cooked, and the fries were old and soggy. My fries did not have seasoning on the and the son’s fries were way over seasoned. The service was ok. One redeeming factor was the sirloin steak my husband had was very good.
This was the final visit to this location. First issue was one of the workers set her purse on the other side of the booth divider from us. The pot smell was so strong from her purse. Our food was cold and cooked incorrectly. This was the 4th time we visited this location and had issues every time.
Great food, very friendly service. Our server was very personable and helpful. He did a great job taking care of us. Loved the brisket and jalapenos on the Big-Tex potato skins. The shrimp was lightly battered and very delicious. My husband couldn't get enough of the ribs. He was so glad he ordered the full rack. The Mac and cheese, spinach artichoke dip, Greek salad, and sweet potato fries were all excellent. The coleslaw wasn't to my husband's taste, but he can't say he wasn't warned. Out server told him he probably wouldn't like it, but he just had to try it for himself. Would recommend and would return again.
Good dinner with the hubby tonight we were there for a early dinner before the crowd. Sirloin was cooked great and my fries got an interesting twist, they tasted like they grabbed the Cajun bayou seasoning instead if the fry seasoning,a little warm but I did like it!
