What a disappointment. This "deep dish" pizza is painfully under-proofed, as well as the bread sticks that were ordered with it.I've had a Little Caesars deep dish before and it was great. Someone saw this, put it in a box, and said, "Good enough".What a waste of time and money. Avoid this location.
The employee at the window Nathan c. was very polite and very understanding how a picky eater I am and he made sure my pizza was just the way I wanted it to be. I appreciate employee's like this one. When you had a hard day and things just not going your way and you just want to go threw a drive threw and grab something to eat and go and when there is a smile at the window and asked how am I doing this afternoon and giving me a compliment made my evening a little better. Thank you Little Caesars. Keep up the good work and smiles. And I can't forget the ones in the back that cook all day and evening. Remember you are the face of little Caesars. Work as a team it makes your shift go by faster and smoother and also easier on the customers.And keep up the good work. The pizza was great. I recommend little Caesars in Dickson if you want pizza and need it on the go on a hard day bc they make it a lot easier for you and family's as well...
Very very impressed with the customer service we received late Saturday May 14th. My cousin and I came into the location after a wedding. We had no idea they were about to close, the young gentleman working (by himself) was awesome! Man he shut down the restaurant and made us our 7 hot n ready pizzas!!Customer service you don’t see anymore. Most employees would have told us they were closed, too many pizzas to cook alone, something. I wish I would have got his name. Taller, younger gentleman with blonde hair. Thank you!
I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread tonight and I have to say this is the best pizza and crazy bread I have had from their in a long time. Who ever is making pizza and bread tonight, keep up the good work!
For the price you could do a lot worse. Honestly first time having Little Caesars and it wasn't too bad. For $5 or so I really don't have anything to complain about.
They were out of almost every hot and ready menu items and the dough to make more. The items I ended up ordering were good though.
Good pizza Fast service .The guy at the drive thru even knew what my grandson but was asking for He said get sticks papa and Guy said order of bread sticks
Worst experience with a pizza place. The employees had the door locked at 8 pm, and they were hanging out laughing. I placed a pickup order, and the d-bag working with the man-bun just waved me into the drive through, with a dozen or so cars in it. If I wanted to wait a half hour for pizza, I wouldn't have ordered head. After getting another employees attention, and yelling my name and order number through the door, back to the cooking area, he was able to stop laughing with his friends and bring me my pizza. He said absolutely nothing as he shoved the out the door. I like Little Caesars, but I'll go to another place from now on. The employees need to go.
Went to get a pizza a little while ago , the young females that were working didn't even acknowledge we were there until my Fiance honked and knocked on the window ( only drive thru was open) and girls didnt even pause their Convo to take our order finally got to say hot and ready and she just took the card and kept talking to her friend. Got home opened the box and the pizza was 40% crust and the actual pizza was burnt like it had sat for a few days in a heating area...I will never go to the Dickson Little Caesars again - it literally made me sick and was a waste of my money.
We ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread the pizza is great but the cheese bread was absolutely disgusting so I went back through and asked for a refund or a new one and the young boy who was apparently “the manager” refused to give me either. So I paid for a cheese bread that was undercooked and gross that I can not eat. Real great customer service, not. Definitely getting in contact with corporate so I can get a refund.
