My wife and I used to go there once a week for several years... They put less meat and cheese on the dish I usually get and when I asked them to put the amount of meat that usually on the dish they charged me for it... When I asked the manager about it he said he looked at it and it was the right amount of meat and cheese and he would not deduct the charges. I told him that we will never be back. I hope that $2 extra they charged me was worth it. They would have been better off if they would have left the portions alone and went up on the menu price.
Amazing food & friendly employees! We just moved to town and we go there as often as possible.
I’ve been coming to plaza for many years, still love the food. Don’t bother picking up food to go tho, recently they have become horribly forgetful with orders (missing food, sides, 1 bag of chips for 5 meals, ect.) They also must have added a take out fee. Honestly for the money, there are better options that give you the food you ordered (and that don’t charge extra for it).

This place is amazing! Their menu has a great variety of choices on the menu and their service is FAST! Overall this restaurant is definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in Dickson!
Good Mexican food and friendly staff. Very generous with their chips & salsa. Clean dining area and restrooms. Also, we lingered a bit after the meal, but no one acted as if we needed to hurry. Recommended!

They seem to have a communications problem, I have ordered the same thing 3 times with simple instructions, this was the last chance. Seems to struggle with anything that deviates from the menu, any type of custom order gets done wrong. Same order from 3 other restaurants has been no issue.
I have never in my life experienced what I experienced here. I placed a doordash order the restaurant called me and said the doordash canceled my order I called doordash they said my order wasn’t canceled I messaged my Dasher they said my order was still supposed to be going. The The manager tried to say I didn’t pay for my food after door dash my Dasher and I confirmed that I did. After arguing with them for an hour they finally made my food it was brought to my house freezing cold. In the food was completely wrong and not even the food that I ordered. I called up there to let them know that my order was wrong the manager proceeded to go off on me and hang the phone up on me. I will never again go to this place
