Went Saturday ,my whole order was wrong,they all had cheese we ordered 2 / 4 Krystal's combos an 4 plain ,with cheese,all burgers had mustard onions an cheese. all nasty sorry that's all we feel
Drive through and just overall it's Krystal's so not to disappointed but definitely could use some improvement in the overall preparation of food and presentation.

The NEW gravy bites are amazingly good! They came out hot fresh and satisfying. They need to be a menu staple. Differently be back.

Nothing tastes like a Krystal hamburger. I wouldn't want them everyday, but they good on occasion. Drive thru worker was very friendly and efficient at her job.
I love these burgers. I went inside and they told me I had to go thru the drive thru. Need better managers. Like the older fries better than the new ones. But this burgers. Good
