The staff was very welcoming and inviting. It was my first time there. They were patient and didn't rush me at all.The store was very clean. And the layout was nice and roomy. Not over crowded or over decorated.The food was the best part. Great flavors and a nice reasonable price. Perfect temp, very creamy and smooth. Definitely will be back!!!Thank you for the great customer service. Not a lot of places have it any more.
Was nice to step into an authentic ice cream shop and be able to sample the different flavors and have a nice conversation with someone right off the bat. The ice cream is amazing and so is the service. Definitely stop here whenever you’re in Dickson and need a treat

This place is fantastic, the customer service is always top-notch and the owner is not only incredibly kind and warm, very generous as well.And the ice cream... FANTASTIC.Also, on nights, you're running late to get you some ice cream... they have a late night vending machine with the top flavors!Bourbon Cherry Chocolate is to-die-for!
Owner is incredibly rude. The way he talked to me and other customers really shocked me. I’ve also only heard negative things about him around town. I kinda brushed it off as an eh he’s just a person who has bad days. But he just had no filter and had no problem trying to belittle customers and make them uncomfortable.Ice cream is also nothing special. It’s just normal ice cream. Frosty jug is just as good but they have nice staff.
Fantastic ice cream located in the revitalized downtown area. We heard about Kate’s and drove 45 miles to try it out. We were not disappointed. Wonderful ice cream with over 30 selections including several dairy free- sugar free for those with special needs. We will definitely return!

Ice cream geniuses. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their flavors. Once they found out it was our first time, we were given an eloquent introduction to the shop and pairing advice. The flavors are creative and perfectly balanced. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
