Service was great and relatively quick despite appearing understaffed. I am rating it one star because in the back in clear view of customers is a sign that says "nobody cares, work harder!". Joke or not, this is highly inappropriate; it is not funny for customers to see employees demeaned, and I bet it does WONDERS for employee morale (sarcasm). Absolutely deplorable. I believe the name of the manager I was given who installed the sign is Cayci Percival. If this is the wrong location let me know and I will put the review on the correct Dunkin.
My nephew ordered $30 worth of donuts last night to be delivered they were the most disgusting donuts I have ever had. We didn’t get anything that we ordered, they were stale, they were hard, they were disgusting. What a waste of money.
Really disappointed. Used to get amazing service until yesterday. No customers in store or in drive through. Waited forever, FINALLY another employee came in to work, clocked in and took my order. The rest were in back talking and carrying on. Same today except no one took my order. Employees in back AGAIN. After saying hello, and good morning employee from another store came to see if I'd been helped. I said no. About this time employee walked to drive through window kicked back and began eating and talking to other employees. I had to work so unfortunately had to leave with no service. Won't be back.

Went at 7:40pm (closes at 9) and can't get a latte because they have cleaned the latte machine already. Why are we cleaning over an hour before you close. Waited 5 minutes nefore they qere even ready to take order..
Painfully slow! If the employees would just stick to a station everything would go so much faster. I was there for 20 min to get 2 donuts and 2 lattes. I was already down the road when I realized one of the drinks was wrong. If they had just stayed on their stations instead of walking away I the middle of drinks and having someone else finish, there probably wouldn’t have been a mistake. Just go to the McDonald’s next door.
Delicious coffee and power breakfast sandwich. Service was quick and efficient. Easy to get back on the road.
Oh my gosh! The morning crew that worked on October 6, 2022. HAND CLAPS FOR YOU GUYS! This was the most welcoming experience that I have ever had in an establishment. Everyone was friendly, and while I was working, Alex went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t need anything. As I was walking out, I hear the drive through person tell a person cleaning the parking lot that he was doing an amazing job today. This is the kind of experience that makes a persons day go smoothly. I loved the smiles and the energy. Keep it up guys, AND GIVE THESE LOVELY PEOPLE A RAISE
