Ordered a pizza for delivery. I was clear in giving my address since we just moved in. The driver went to a different location but told me he was coming. Then another guy called me and said I could either come get it or cancel. His attitude was very arrogant. It was also clear that couldn’t have cared less about their screw up. I will never order from here again. Customer service is pathetic and a joke.

My first...and last trip there.Definitely not what we're used to at other locations. Food, service, facilities sub-par, sub-standard,and subject to change, I hope!

The Mediterranean sandwich was good. For that, it is not just 1 star. Nice work.However: The Philly had so little meat and toppings that we had to take off the top bread and put the two bottom halves together to make a passable sandwich. It was just sad.But the kicker was the garlic parm chicken wings. They were drowning in idk what sauce, looked like ranch, but they were literally cold, pink, and bloody in the middle making her sick.I do not ever want to eat here again.
The curbside pickup was several minutes longer wait than advertised, but the pizza and bread twists were great!
I ordered on the dominoes app at 3:30 for a pickup at 5:15 pm. I arrived at the store to pickup my order and the door was locked. The older man inside just kept putting his hands up in the air like “oh well”. He wouldn’t even come to the door to explain. I showed him through my order from the app and once again just putting his hands in the air that he didn’t care!! I think the store should have called me if the order is not going to be completed. This have definitely lost a customer and it has tarnished the dominoes brand from my experience and viewpoint. I didn’t order dominoes in the past because of the lack of quality and now moving forward it will be the lack of customer service.
They are having staffing issues and it took 45 minutes to get my order, but the food was fresh, hot, and delicious
I ordered a pizza at the Dickson TN location. The driver shows up without the soda. Says he's going back for it. Shows up 45 minutes later woke me up it was so long. I didn't leave him a tip for that reason. He throws his hands up in the air and starts cussing at me that I can't even leave him a tip for the gas. I told him to do his job right the first time and he would've got a great tip. He walks away throwing up the bird over his shoulder and cussing me out. Classy dude.
Foods great, delivery time not so much.
