Our ice cream produces were good, but the interior was in horrible shape. The employees were nice and friendly.
One word, SLOW.And if you're a delivery driver: avoid at all costs. They love to close the lobby and while I understand being short staffed, if a delivery order has been marked as ready and you get the notification the driver is there and they're wearing their mask to identify themselves - do your job and bring it to the door. They are ALSO working and doing a job. And if they can not even pull into the drive thru because the line is to the road, you're wasting their time telling them to wait on an order that's already ready.Time is money.
Every time I go there some how my order is messed up. I got one half dollar size piece of Lettuce. No tomatoes just pickles and mustard on my burger that was flavorless. Their food isn’t worth two dollars but it the most expensive burger in place in Dickson. Worst food and prices in Dickson.
Love food but you've gotta keep your eye on the kids that work there or you could be eating something that regardless food
Let's just put it right to the point. Worst place I have ever seen and experienced I had. Food was raw and cold. Dinning room was cold worn down title and paint falling on you. Restrooms. Lmmfao. Trough. Is more like it. When asked the owner to cook or re-cook our food well let's just say we got up and left.

Great experience this evening. The drive thru associate was very friendly. She apologized for the long wait but we didn’t think the wait was very long. Ordered three blizzards and a Diet Coke. All was perfect!
A long drive thru wait is to be expected for awesome treats, good food, and very friendly staff......but what else is new since DQ is always busy providing the best icecream around
