Ordered a cookout tray with two hotdogs made the cookout style. Instead of getting a soft drink or a bottled water I just wanted a cup of water and they said the tool was the same even if I got a couple more. Since when do people charge for cups of water.Water does not cost the store anything. And I used to work in restaurants and I know that cup does not cost no dollar and something for a cup of water. If a person doesn’t drink soda we shouldn’t get penalized because we wanna ice water which does not cost the store anything. Cashier was very rude the manager was not apologetic and very rude.I can go across the street to Taco Bell and get an ice water and no charge even if I don’t order anything but it took out there still gonna charge you a water even though you purchased your cookout tray. Don’t think I’ll be back
I have come here many times and the experience has been very hit or miss. When it's good it's great but then you run into problems such as them ruining orders or just giving you the wrong order. Even then nothing has been nearly as bad as my last visit where I order a tray with one of their huge teas. The tray was pretty standard but the tea was salty and the worst part was it was also sweet making me think they intentionally put salt in it for some reason.
they lost a family of customers lol. this used to be my go-to place, but during the past year (or 2. who's counting?) my love for it has died a slow death. i can't wait til they go out of business now and they're replaced with something better. ANYTHING. I have too many stories- just read the other reviews. visit Backyard Burger for similar burgers or go to a different Cookout.
I came to this cookout and probably will not be back unless somebody reaches out to me because of the fact that every bit of my order was messed up. For starters I ordered bacon on my cheeseburger there’s no bacon and I paid extra for that. Then I start eating my chicken Ranch wrap and there’s only half a chicken Strip inside the wrap then I look inside my girlfriends chicken Ranch wrap and she’s got the other half of my chicken strip I’m over here playing CSI matching up the chicken strips feeling cheated because I paid money and didn’t receive what I was supposed to get I know my money was good why didn’t I get what I paid for. I’ll update if anyone reaches out to fix this issue I’d give no stars but 1 is the least you can give
We sat in the drive-thru line for well over 20 minutes. The young lady at the window was friendly & prompt (not sure if she was training a new employee or what was going on). I ordered a double burger wrapped in lettuce. They followed that request. However, both of my burgers were literally a total of 2"-3" across...kind of long & narrow, like a little smaller than a hotdog split down the middle. I was glad i'd ordered a double because there was enough there to maybe equal 1 burger. What?!? Also, it was WAY overcooked. $8+ was NOT worth 2 overcooked half-burgers. My mom was visiting with me & ordered a walking taco. Not worth the cost. Worth half the cost? Yes, maybe, as a little snack, but not what they charged for it.It was a disappointing visit. I was not impressed & will not return.
The food was pretty good but the service at the drive thru was horrible. She was short and rude and acted like we were an inconvenience to her
I have came to this location for a couple months &’ everytime I get the crispy chicken ranch wrap &’ ask for extra ranch or even tell them please make sure that there is a good amount of ranch but everytime it’s like a tiny drop of ranch in the wrap so all I taste is chicken &’ tortilla , I went again today &’ my wrap had NO ranch &’ the chicken was dry &’ hard ! NOT FRESH AT ALL .
The last three or four times I've gone here, my BBQ sandwich has been slammed with a disgusting blob of Coleslaw (why anyone would want Coleslaw on their BBQ sandwich is beyond me) DESPITE me making it VERY clear that I do not what ANY Coleslaw!! If I have to return to this store and fix this ridiculous mistake of theirs one more time, I'm going to convert to Autism.

Love the amount of food you get for the price and it's good food also. The drive thru times could do some improving n always check your order before you pull off if it's not right you will have to sit in the line all over again n wait.
