Make sure that you check your order before you leave the window!!!! I had ordered almost $30.00 worth of food, and when I had showed them my receipt showing them that they hadn't gave me my sides on the 1st order, she kept the receipts.. Then on the 2nd order I had 2 orders of cheese sticks, the first order had 1 order of cheese sticks, she was trying to only give me two orders of cheese sticks total.... They never did give me my gallon of tea, it's a joke if you try to call the store, no matter what time of day it is it goes to a fax machine, and what good does it do if you don't have a receipt when that one young new girl working the window kept both receipts??? This has been over a month ago though also!!! It's ok though, I done this big order for a friend of mine that has no way to get out, and they have already went above this stores management!!!!! I'm just trying to make anyone else aware, if they leave anything off y'all's order, I hope that y'all have y'all's receipt!!!! Good luck everyone!!! ?????????????????
Sat in drive-thru from 7:17 pm until 7:56. Cars were lined up from the drive-thru window all the way back to the entrance (where I was)with two more waiting in the turning lane to get in. They have re-closed their dining room and apparently began closing 7:45 pm. The automobile at the window when I arrived was there for 14 minutes. They cleared the two cars behind that one (quite slowly) that had already placed their order. Finally took the order of the next car in line and cleared them. Closed up immediately and left 8 cars in line!! That 14 minute wait was strategic and intentional!! I worked several years at Captain D's and I'm here to tell you that if we had done that our manager and district manager would have fired us all! Either open the business up fully or completely shut it down, but the way it's being ran right now is complete BS!
No answer in drive thru. While I was waiting patiently a car behind me blew their horn. He continued until I heard a female voice yell through the back door sarcastically, "We are closed." No sign was posted and it was around 1830 hours during normal operating hours. A young male came and park in a lowered sedan. He knocked on the door and was let in. The shades were drawn and lights were off.
Has to be the worst place in Dickson besides Popeyes as far as service. Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to have the woman who was taking our order said we were being smart with her (really?). So we left. The very next night, we decided to try again. Showed up around 823pm and they were already closed for the night. No note as to the reason, there were several cars there, but they never took our order after sitting there for 10 minutes. So, I take it this store makes up their own hours and the employees can run off any customer they want, too. Terrible management, subpar food (my fries are always cold and the slaw always has an off color). If I could give this location a negative rating, I would. Don't bother with this restaurant unless during the lunch hour, but you may have to deal with Ms. Attitude which is better than cold fries anyday.
Food was good, ordered online got there to pick up order said they run out of tea just before I got to pickup window, should have had my order complete before I arrived
The fish sandwiches were the worst ever. They didn't look anything like they use to. They were on a small bun. They were dry. I actually called them to ask if they were out of Lettuce. I should've just ordered a fish dinner.. I had no time to stop,, so a sandwich was a on the move choice.. The lady said yes, she threw it out. If I hadn't had doctors appointments, I would have given them back for a refund. My dogs ate them that evening when I finally got home.
Absolute rudest woman working the drive through window today. I don’t know her name because she didn’t have a name tag. I have never experience such blunt rudeness from someone working in costumer service. Highly recommend any captain ds other than this one?
I had to wait 26 minutes including being in drive thru and getting my food. That's ridiculous for drive thru! The girl at window said they were short staff. People should get a discount if they gotta wait that long! I'm a senior citizen and should have gotten a discount or coupon and maybe a nice smile with "I'm sorry you had to wait so long!
This place is not only slow they're very rude! The covid pandemic has ruined the majority of fast food locations especially in dickson and Nashville... be warmed your food will be reheated or straight up cold
They were really busy and i though it was going to be a while. I went my car and came back in and my family feast was ready to go. Thats great service. From great employees. You already know the food is first class.
